I did notice an increase in my energy and a more positive mood. I did not have any adverse effects from the supplement. Unfortunately I did not notice any substantial impact to my libido. I have been running this summer and did not get as tired on my 6 mile run as normal, so I do think it has a positive impact to energy levels. I normally took it after breakfast or at lunch (I chose not to take it at night, as I did not want any sleep disruption).
