Ideal for my needs. This box is bigger than it looks. I love the quality and looks. The HEM brand cones that I bought fit perfectly in it, and the burn is ideal. A small stream of smoke rises up from the center. I love having the tray at the bottom, which easily holds a whole small box of HEM cones.

This little beauty is exactly what I expected! It has a contemporary look with a smooth finish. It’s the perfect size for me, however a little small for the price. A little suggestion: don’t leave resins in the bottom storage draw while in use. I suspected it would melt so I tested some smaller pieces and I was right. Overall a good product!

Its design (shape, size, features, color...) steered us away from the product we originally selected. Love at first sight! However, three important details are missing to get a 5-star rating though. While the locking system for the top hinged-door looks very good, we are still trying its functionality: 1) if we tilt the box, the content on the top will still come out through the squared holes on the door; 2) careful when tilting it over to get rid of ashes as the inner "spacer" where you place the charcoal on, comes out. Make sure it cools down before cleaning it. We think the design lacks afterthought; 3) the drawer where one can store resign could benefit from a locking system -not on the top door- as it could easily open when getting rid of the ashes. Still, it got a 4-star rating from us because we think is very cute. Can't wait for the 2.0 to be released! LOL

Works well, not too l large, good size

It looks cool everything is sturdy..just missing the knob box had a whole it it so it might of just been jammed in. A three for the missing knob and possible return process which I probably won't do and just go find a knob, but good lol box

Great way to have your incense with out the visible incense mess blowing everywhere with the ceiling fan on. Love the little drawer. And the size is perfect so the cones have room to breathe and not burn the lid. The hinges are wobbly or loose from use. I really like it.

When I have comtacted the Nazareth Store about my box purchase, they were not only propmt to reply to me, but also kind and understandable. They immediatelly solved my issued and assured me that they were there to help me. It was an amazing experience. Of course, I will buy from them again, because I have the confidence that they do care for their customers. One thing with this Wooden Incense Burner, is that you may not want to close it when you burn your incense. Keep it open, because heat my cause for the painting to get hot and release a chemical odor that can be unpleasant, but other than that the box works perfectly. I am keeping the box and I will purchase another from the Nazareth store but made with different materials. Thank you wonderful Nazareth Store team for all you did for me.
