Very happy with the quality and function. Nothing cheap about it. It looks great, works great and is top quality, imo.

It is heavy and solid. The wood appears genuine and has wording engraved on the surface. I will give other items from this brand a try. When you're dealing with expensive pro-sumer expresso machines, you kinda wqnt the best tools and I feel like this brand puts in the quality. Even with a slightly higher price, it is ok for me
