Im 5’3” and about 145lbs, I got a small and it snuggly fits on the smallest hooks, probably could have gotten an extra small if I really wanted to be snatched, but this size is quite comfortable! It provides back support, accentuates my waist, and I would’ve loved this for recovery, after having my baby! Looks good, though be aware if you wear it under something tight you can see the boning. Feels like really good quality, the fabric is thick and the hooks are sturdy. Definitely good value! As someone who is pretty short, it’s maybe a half inch too long, but not uncomfortable.

I've tried many waist trainers over the years, and this has to be the best one. It's easy to put on and take off, comfortable to wear, and actually long enough for my torso. I've already ordered another in a smaller size for when this one has served its purpose.

As size 8-10, I bought a Large and a Medium since I saw the Amazon note that said “frequently returned for tight fit.” It’s a waist trainer—they can be challenging to put on until you get the hang of it. First day, I started to put on the Medium, thought it was too tight & instead put on the Large. Day 1, wore Large on smallest hook for work day (9 hours), took it off when I got home. Wasn’t used to it & to changing my posture, so my back hurt a little. Day 2, wore Large on smallest hook for about 16 hours—to work, and at home to wall the dog, clean house, etc. Back felt great. Day 3, wore Medium on largest hook for about 12 hours. Back felt great. Day 4 - Took a break, but my posture was so much improved! Back felt great. Overall, I am really impressed - both waist trainers stayed in place, didn’t flip up or curl down (often a problem). Material is soft. Lines/spillover at top/bottom was minimal for wearing a waist trainer. I’ve worn this one under dresses, dress pants, chinos, jeans & shorts—no problem. One note on accuracy of size chart - It says all the waist trainers are 11” tall. They’re not all the same—they seem to be scaled up/down based on size, which is normal. Measurements—No stretching Hook & Eye Placket, Size M: 11” Hook & Eye Placket, Size L: 11 5/8” There’s some size overlap for M vs L… Length, end to largest hook (row 3 from top), Size M: 25 3/8” Length, end to smallest hook (row 3 from top), Size L: 25” Yes, you read that right—that largest hook on the Medium is almost 1/2” bigger than the smallest hook on the large. As an 8-10, I’ve decided to order/wear size Medium, as I can use the smaller hooks once the elastic stretches out, or if I lose weight. If I wear the Large, I have nowhere else to hook, when the elastic stretches out, etc. They do make me look better in clothes and my posture’s better. They probably make my body about 1.5” smaller at waist. I haven’t washed these yet, so no comment on durability. Anyway, this is a long post but I hope it helps. I kept both sizes, but am buying some more mediums.

Very comfortable, but the wire digs in at the top at your chest. The wire boning is very supportive. I feel like this product helps promote me to maintain good posture. The sizing is accurate. Good material Quality. It is pretty seamless through clothing but you can see the wires. Overall would recommend.

fits nice and lets me feel more comfortable with tighter shirts. only problem i have is how the back fat is pushed more up, other than that this is good!

Size was perfect, great price and is perfect for daily use at home. Quality is worth it.

The durability is pretty good. The Veljko strength is amazing. The size range you would think that you need to go down because it can’t get tight and tight and of course washing stuff will make it expand more so definitely get a smaller size than you would think and you can just use the larger Velcro strength than the smallest one. It does not roll up, so the wall abilities is pretty good. It does not move unless you are moving like sitting down or you’re about to stand up but flipping up it definitely does not do that. I think for the price it’s pretty good.

I am 5'4", 140 pounds, and I struggle with major bloating at times. On a rough day, you might just think you're seeing a baby bump, but its my food belly! 😅😪 Pros of this product: it smooths! It gives me nice lines. Even after a meal, I don't have to feel self conscious or hold my stomach in. Also, I can still breathe normally, sit, bend down, etc. Cons: I have a short torso. The first few times I wore this, I noticed it was cutting into my underbust or would create a back fat situation when I sat. It felt like my ribs were being squeezed. NOT comfortable. The solution ended up being to unhook the top 2 or 3 hooks. It doesn't create any weird shapes or lines in the bust area, but gives me the space I need. With that adjustment, I'm reasonably comfortable all day. I've worn this 10 to 12 hours at a time and was fine. (it's still shape wear, so it's not like you don't know you're wearing it)
