A good price but does not have a 2.0 hdml slot for a monitor. A very fast computer.

I bought this desktop computer a few weeks ago, and it’s been a complete nightmare. From the start, the hard drive made strange clicking noises, and soon after, the computer completely crashed. Now, all I get is a black screen — it won’t even turn on properly. I tried troubleshooting, unplugging, and even contacting support, but nothing worked. The company’s customer service was slow to respond and offered no real help. For the amount I spent, I expected something reliable, not a machine that dies within days. This has been one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. The bad hard drive, black screen, and power issues make this computer totally useless. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — save yourself the frustration and buy from a brand that actually stands behind their products.

I needed to remove the CPU cooling fan and reapply thermal paste as the old paste had dried out. The 32GB of memory was supplied as 2x8 & 1x16 memory sticks. The 3630 was very clean and showed no signs of external wear.

Arrived in very good condition and worked as expected.

I purchased for business use, and it has been in use now for some time with no issue. So far, no repair or problems with it,

Cheap HD and ram used. The drive was such crap the the plastic drive connector key came off in the SATA cable.

This refurbished Dell Precision 3630 Tower pc is exactly what I wanted. It has room for 2 additional hard drives, 32 GB ram, 1 tb ssd drive and Windows 11 Pro. When the wrong pc was shipped, I called at 10pm and talked with their support. I sent a photo of the pc I received...the next day they emailed me a paid shipping return label. Several days later I received the correct pc. I've never had 24 hr support for an order before. I've been buying refurbished Dell pcs for years and they never come with a Windows "restore disk". You can create a restore point using Windows.

This is a great computer and although older, was a relatively high end machine in its day, and still delivers great performance for ordinary work in Windows 11. I chose this machine because I need the expansion slot capability. You should be aware that the mouse and keyboard provided are not Dell, but new aftermarket replacements. They should be fine, but I'm using my own mouse and keyboard. Another thing you should be aware of, this computer has a ventilation port on the top of the case. I've never seen that before on a tower case. This means you can't really put anything on top of the case that would block the air flow. I somehow managed to corrupt the Windows image provided with the computer (my fault)., The Dell bios was able to download and replace the Windows 11 image. Great feature! The refurber stuck packing tape to the computer case. It was very difficult to get off. Also the button cell bios battery (2032) provided on the motherboard of the computer was dead. I had to replace it. Other than these two issues, I'm very happy with my purchase!

Le connecteur de sortie VGA est male alors qu'il devrait etre femelle. A part de cela tout va bien pour le moment, Le disk ssd 512go. est installe directement sur la carte mere.,
