I’ve had these resistance bands for almost a year now, and I use them every single day. They’ve held up incredibly well—no tearing, no stretching out, and the tension is still just as strong as when I first bought them. The material feels high quality, and they’re comfortable to use for all kinds of exercises. Whether I'm doing strength training or simple stretching, they work perfectly. Honestly, these are some of the best resistance bands I’ve owned. Totally worth it and highly recommended!

These bands are of high quality and the best value for the pack. The variations of colors to easily indicate the different strengths to the bands! These bands are compact and durable which is perfect for at home or on the go. Workouts, rehab, simply stretching. These bands are a must for the fitness toolbox.

Great workout bands. The colors help differ with the different resistance. I use them to assist with weighted pull ups, mobility stretching, resistance training.

Enjoying these bands for warm ups and stretching. Only issue I have found are the edges are a little, I dont want to say sharp because that sounds too aggressive. But its not rounded or smooth. Not a deal breaker, just something I have to adjust my grip on to make it more comfortable occasionally.

These work great! Definitely worth your money, I use them everyday and they haven’t snapped or ripped. They are super durable and stretch A LOT without wear and tear. They help with stretching before my workout and during my workout for extra strength or assistance! Easy to use and so many different ways to use them

Perfect for my post partum workouts! Bands are durable, stretchy, and have good thickness to them. I'm 6ft tall and I am able to use the bands for banded good mornings and side steps!

Very happy with these bands. I primarily use the small black one and the largest red one. About every other day for the past four months I have used the red one for Spanish squats and TKEs. It has held up great. I'm 230 pounds, and will hold a 45 plate with the Spanish squats at times.

Great affordable bands. These bands are a great addition to your home gym, or helpful trying to get your pull ups. They are good quality, and I love the different resistance levels.
