VERY rigid
From the description, this was going to be just what I needed for my aching back.Faaaaar to hard for my needs.There's almost no give to the surface at all.

Very hard and painful way to stretch your back
I use this product for my back I really hated it it made it hurt worse than it already was hurting it looked very soft and flexible in the video but is very hard and painful on my back
