Carhartt seems to run a little larger than other baby brands so order a size down if you want it to fit your baby immediately. However it’s definitely good quality at a reasonable price, it’s very soft fabric on the inside and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin baby like lots of other brands do. It seems to be quite durable as it’s held up well in the wash and it’s also super cute!

Love this!!! I have wanted one for a while, got one as a hand-me-down and I had to get the next size up! It's a great item to keep baby warm, and really easy to put over long pants and long sleeve tshirts. It is a must have for baby in the cold winter months! The quality assistance always is great, pretty thick and nice and warm. I love Carhartt's thick, warm and soft sweatshirt material.

We had this for in brown for my oldest when he was 18 months and he crawled on rocks, crawled through water, and drew on it with chalk and it doesn’t show at all! It kept him warm during morning walks in the mountains (50 degrees ish). We loved it so much we bought the gray for my youngest son in 12 months and it keeps him decently warm, fits in his car seat and stroller plus I can still fit a puffer coat over it if it’s super cold! Admittedly I tried buying an off brand this time around to get a better price and when it arrived, it was so thin I immediately returned it and kept this one! In this case - pay a little more because it is really such good quality!
