Cherry DC2000 Good basic keyboard and mouse
This is a relatively inexpensive keybopard and mouse set from Cherry, for £21 at time of purchase. Keyboard - non mechanical but with mechanical shape and feel keys. Keyboard has slightly rough textured keys thats quite pleasant to the touch rather than smooth plastic. It has a matt finish. No backlighting to the keys and the lettering is not particularly bright. Key strokes are quite shallow and while not quiet these are not `blue switch` clickety key strokes. There are some added function keys for calculator, email and home as well as sleep. These work out of the box with no drivers required. Other than that its a standard layout well spaced out. Mouse - Same rough textured material which is pleasant enough in the hand. Its a faily big substantial mouse, its responsive enough. Noty tried gaming with it yet but thats not what I purchased it for, though I think it would be ok in games. There are no extra function buttons. Scroll wheel is nice and responsive. Overall I think it was a decent enough buy, ive bough several cheap keyboard and mouse sets and while this is abouve average in price (for a cheap set) you do kinda get what you pay for as its a good office set up keyboard and mouse.

Cheap and effective
I work from home sometimes and didn’t like the supplied keyboard. Then my mouse started playing up. Decided to try this pairing as I know Cherry to be reliable. Keyboard and mouse work fine. Not the best you will ever find but a bargain at the price. They are both wired, which I wanted, and therefore require two available USB ports to plug in.

Brilliant keyboard
Good response and feel for entry level cherry keyboards. Ideal for office use. Keys has a nice feel to it.
