I started using magnesium to help my high strung kiddos to sleep at night. They didn’t like a previous brand’s taste so I order these instead after some research. Nordic is a reliable brand that is known for high quality supplements. My kiddos love the flavor of these. Telling me they taste like “starburst”. I feel like they are very effect at not only helping them wind down at night but to get better quality sleep in general. It seems to have helped with their moods during the day.

We have recently purchased these. Some days my toddler only wants to have his supplements in gummies. He needs magnesium to help him sleep. These work great!! Takes a little longer to take effect than the liquid, but helps him go to sleep and stay asleep!! I tried one for myself and felt well rested in the morning. Easy for a 2 year old to chew. No complaints

I have bought these for my son twice and he rarely agrees to taking them so I usually end up taking them. They taste so good and definitely help me to sleep through the night.

The big question is -- do the kids eat them? And the answer is yes. My 5 year old actually likes the taste. I use Nordic Naturals multivitamin for my kids and so I know and like this brand. I bought this for my 5 year old who is more anxious and tends to wake at 3 am (sort of the cortisol peak). It has helped reduce her nighttime wakings.

Son won’t take anymore- said flavor changed and they were bad. Did not notice any difference when they were taken for almost two months.

This has made a tremendous difference for my ADHD kids. After a week or so we started to notice things were way less stressful. Hyperactivity has decreased. When we ran out, on day 1 hyperactivity was awful! So we re-ordered, and this for sure has worked for our family.
