Don't know what this is but it looks like it's made very well I purchased this accidentally I believe for about $14 and like I said I don't know what it is I just didn't return it because I have disabilities and it's too hard to do that so I kept it. I purchased this accidentally it happens all the time oh boy anyway regardless this is really well made whatever it is and whoever made this is very well made
