I was able to put my extensive info onto the webpage that the unique scan code links to for free and keep it thee for free. I could give friends and family a direct link to the info page so they can access the info anytime. In an emergency EMS etc can flip my Med ID and scan the QR code. So access to my Info is always hidden. BEST PART is I can uodate my meds, Drs, alergies, contacts or whatever I decided to put on my info page anytime and update it anytime. So if I am at a Drs I can just open my oage with shortcut ir have them scan QR and they/I can read off my current meds etc. So I now have one stop place to store data. This is also very useful for my adult kids everytime they need my many diagnosis in order to fill out family history info. Not to mention my husband diesnt have to be a deer in tge headlights when asked about my meds or his kuds phobe numbers as I put all that on the page. Im not worried about privacy as Im giving page address thats unique to me to whom I chose and no-one can se QR code unless they turn my medical alert band inside out...You can out put any info you want on your individual page eg pets info or emergency contacts for a wandering impaired parent or a child. Or simple if found for an item.As its silicon I can leave on when doing martial arts and not have anything solid be crushed into me or others. So i dont have to remove it during sports or shower etc

I loved this product. It worked beautifully for awile. The only issue was that the shiny quality made it hard to scan when the light hit it. But now I cannot scan it at all. I am not sure why its not unreadable anymore.I really need one due to my condition but i cannot afford to keep buying these things.Very disappointed.

Very durable, fits perfectly on my watch band, you can read it clearly, and it scans easy. Makes me feel better knowing if I ever was in an accident of some kind, my information is attached to this.

It was easy to place on my watchband and easy to register the product and enter all my health and related info. But I want to change info and it says my email is not registered. I'm unable to find contact info. Using the QR code, as an EMT might, pulled up my info, so it's definitely registered.

The ONLY downside is that I found the only way to get the link to come up when you try to scan the QR code is when you take the watch off. That is just because of the glare due to the material the tag is made of, which I knew when purchasing. I wanted a tag that didn't look cheap, would go with every day wear and could hold the information necessary if there were to be a health emergency and this does all of that! Strongly recommend this tag. I have had others with the QR code on the back, but I much prefer the accessibility and sleek style of this one!

I have mobility problems as well as an autoimmune disease. I am comforted that if I am unable to speak all my important information is readily available to emergency medical services!

aber leider leider etwas schwierig zu scannen, weil die Edelstahlausfürung reflektiert. Ansonsten super, auch für einen Techniklaien gut zu bearbeiten.

It's great and collects most of my medical data in one place. I can upload PDF reports, write things the old-school way, or add images. It makes it easier to share my medical data with my doctors. Even though I got it to protect myself in case of an emergency and I was unconscious.However, the QR code is a bit difficult to scan. I have to position it in a certain way to avoid light or reflection issues.It fits on my Fitbit watch easily.
