really nice and strong smell, doesn't smell like chemicals, i placed in plastic container because afraid of strong oild that can melt plastic or any surface. not sure if it can but just for prevention. But smell is amazing and I rarely like any smell in the car. Also smell rich not cheap

I followed the instructions on the box, unscrewed lid, took out plastic plug, but I can't smell anything. Held it upside down for 10 seconds like the instructions state, still don't smell anything. Edit: customer support from the company was very helpful and reached out to me on their own. They offered different scents to retry and offered a refund on top of that.
