Interlink Julia Desk with Drawer, Julia

LOVE this desk. Hubbie is a model maker and now he has this in the lounge - craft workshop ! and has all his gear out on it instead of having to clear away at the end of each day. The table is rounded edges and beautifully made with excellent descriptions of how to.......the desk top is wonderful in size and the groove at the lover portion is perfect for his pencils he always loses. We only have a small flat but our world is taken up with crafting so this is the main workbench cum dining table now and we both think it looks very aesthetically pleasing. The pinewood is thick and robust with a top that pulls up on a ratchet style mechanism and closes back down with a single movement. Excellent product- has improved my hubbies life as a disabled person and now he has a big play area he can work on. Now I'm wondering if I can fit another in just for me hahaha Easy to put together and no problems as hubbie always fine tunes everything he makes. We had no worries over the screw bolts etc- Just a joy from buying to making. Many thanks to interlink for a wonderful creative piece of furniture.

This is a good little desk for the money - it's flexible in how it can be used as it's both height adjustable and the top can be angled or flat. I bought it for my mini art studio at home - I love to draw and this is perfect for me in terms of the amount of room it takes up (hardly any) and the sloped top which enables me to work on pieces at a comfortable angle. My only criticism is that it's a little on the rickety side and the worktop was split at the bottom. I am happy to live with/fix these myself based on the money I paid.

A nice desk which looks good in my sons room. The construction of the desk was a different matter, however. Some of the screws didn't fit properly into the cross members which I had to then drill out. If I'd forced the screws in I would have ruined the desk. Oh and the desk top is slightly "wavy" due to the bits of wood which make up the top being slightly different thickness's. However, as a test I used a ruler to draw a line on a single piece of paper. The line came out straight so I don't regard the wavy nature of the top as a problem. So recommended apart from the caveat about putting it together and the slightly wavy top. Oh yes, the desk has become a lot more expensive since I bought it, so I don't think it is now particularly great value.

A great idea and ideal for my 'man shed' which I use for an office during the week and to do art projects with my granddaughter when she visits. We can work alongside each other and because it is adjustable we can both work in comfort. When I need it for work it is easily laid flat and my laptop and papers fit nicely and the height set to my needs. It has a smaller footprint than my traditional desk which it is replacing and therefore gives me more space in a limited area. The single draw will hold the essential stationary items but draws will be needed for anything more. Sadly the first desk I received was damaged. The top was split lengthways and needed to be returned (£30 postage and Amazon refunded £3.30). A replacement was sent out immediately and that was in good order. It was easy enough to assemble but the instructions could do with some improvement and clarification. Having said that, any decent DIY person should have no problems. It has a good feel to it as it is wood rather than MDF and that was the main attraction for me.

Delivered to Cyprus in just 2 days - amazing! Assembling without any problems. Overall quality is good. Even in lower position this table appeared to be too high for my 7 yo son, so I had to saw 4 details to lower it down by 5cm.

Great product fits my 'woman cave' wonderful for my painting. Adjustable height perfect, quality, perfect. wpuld recommend to anyone. Real value for money.

Its perfect! Not had it long but I know I will get lots of use out of it. Had problems with the delivery as they were terrible but I'm in the middle of filing a complaint with them. Anyhoo! Lovely little desk : )

The desk is great now it's up but as mentioned in other reviews it arrives in many, many pieces. I took about 3 hours to assemble it. The instructions are clear though.

Facile à monter, bois naturel déjà verni , un peu léger mais bien mieux que du contreplaqué. très joli .

E' una scrivania facile da montare, molto carina, con piano inclinato. Non è troppo voluminosa e quindi va bene per chi non ha troppo spazio. Spedizione arrivata nei tempi previsti e in ottimo stato

Recibido en tiempo y forma adecuados, previo aviso. Montaje sencillo. El color es muy similar al apreciado en las fotos y el material (madera natural) es muy resistente.

il tavolo in se è accettabile, ma ha alcune pecche. Per montarlo serve un esperto con tanta forza fisica e mezza giornata libera, in più dovete avere in casa trapano con le punte (per allargare i fori), grasso per avvitare le viti, altrimenti non si bloccano dopo due giri, la chiave a brugola con la leva lunga, perché quella in dotazione è cortissima e servirebbe la forza di Hulk per girarla. Il meccanismo per regolare la pendenza è sporgente sotto, cosi per non farsi male alle ginocchia bisogna avvolgerla in pluriball o simile. Asse centrale sotto può dare fastidio alle gambe più lunghe, meglio non averla proprio. Se non vi fanno paura questi aspetti, potete comprarla tranquillamente, perché considerando il prezzo basso, per i bambini 6-9 anni può andare bene
