I sleep on my side and have developed a hip and tailbone pain; my reason for giving this pillow a try. It gave me just enough lift to alleviate the discomfort while I slept last night. *Bonus* the shape cradled me which prevented me from tossing and turning. Highly recommended. I will more than likely purchase another for my office chair.

I ordered this bbl pillow for an upcoming bbl I’ll be having and one of my biggest concerns after reading several reviews with similar pillows was regarding the firmness and height of pillow making me doubt it would work for me. Being a DIY girly I decided to also purchase extra polyester filling just in case. Honestly the pillow itself seems to have enough filling and firmness to help with the bbl recovery, but I wanted to go the extra mile. Apparently so did this company because they added zippers to remove the outer cover and a zipper to access the polyester filling inside and adding or removing filling to my liking was a breeze. The material and stitching on the pillow seems really good and it seems like it will hold overfilling easily. I’m very impressed with it.

So I bought this because I was planning to have a cosmetic surgery procedure in which I’d need it post-op. However, my plans have been pushed back so I’ve been literally just using this pillow to lay on. It’s very comfortable, it reminds me of a Boppy pillow for a baby any of you parents out there will know what that is! I honestly don’t see how it would keep the pressure off your bottom if that’s where you need to use it for like a BBL or whatever - this is just my opinion, maybe it works for you. I just don’t see how I would keep the pressure off using this shape of a pillow, but it makes a great nap pillow and the shape of it is nice…. it’s pretty firm. An oddity is that there are two strings hanging from the end of the pillow and I don’t really know what they’re for. I don’t know if you’re supposed to tie it to yourself or something if you used it for post surgery comfort and recovery lol…. So, overall, a nice pillow but I don’t know if it works for post-op….. if you’re just looking for a non-traditional pillow that you can put around your lower back with the heating pad or for an airplane ride and you would rather not use one of those really firm cheap neck pillows that they sell at the duty-free shop & you just want something different where you like to put your arms underneath you when you sleep or something like that, then maybe it work for you. If you like the way it looks, try it out and just return it within the return window if you don’t like it. I do like this pillow, but it’s just I don’t know is it worth it for a regular pillow - is it gonna work for postop? I don’t know. I’m not a big fan of hot pink but this is just cute. It’s just a pillow so I don’t care it’s not like some clothing I wear, but the heart design is cute then you get to the rest of it and the brand name is printed all over it. It says yes, indeed, but it says it all as one word a little bit strange people have commented on it like yes, indeed, and I was like yeah and some Amazon brand I got I don’t know what they’re trying to get their name out there and it’s kind of working but like I still don’t know who they are. I don’t know what else they make know indeed I don’t so they need to start making some more stuff if they wanna put the name on everything just my opinion I think things are cheesy with the brand stamped all over it unless you know the brand like Louis Vuitton and all that and coach and all those brands they have their emblem all over all their products or most their products because you know what those symbols mean when you see them I don’t know what yes indeed, as one word means and I don’t know if I ever will but that’s just a design no biggie. NOTE: just a quick addition to my review… I used to work in a Plastic Surgery office and I know that women or men who have BBL they will lose 30% of the fact that’s injected approximately just naturally OK cause cells die off not everything’s gonna stay that’s why they try to overfill when they’re feeling the area that they’re injecting fat into because they know there’s gonna be some natural loss. on the other hand when you have a BBL, you have to keep all pressure off of your buttocks and I mean all pressure you’re not even supposed to sit down you’re not supposed to drive for several weeks like I don’t even know who has the means to do this like even if you don’t have to work like don’t you have to drive to the store or drive to pick up a child or drive somewhere I mean I just don’t get it but regardless I looked over the pictures in this advertisement of this listing and the girl is sitting right in the cutout section of the pillow so she’s not even really using the pillow and that’s not keeping pressure off. So essentially, it’s an improper way to sit on a pillow after you have surgery. it says it naturally elevates your buttocks but you don’t need to elevate it when you have surgery you need to keep off of it and keep the pressure off of the entire buttocks. You don’t need to prop it up and elevate. It doesn’t even make sense. Any type of pressure you put on your Botox after surgery is potentially Fat cells that would’ve stayed if you didn’t apply all that pressure so I really don’t see this pillow is for BBL and it’s a $50 pillow worth it for daily use. At this point I had to change up my review I mean it’s cute if you’ve got $50 to blow and you don’t know what the hell to buy but I wish I could just return it. It picks up a lot of hair and fuzz. It needs to be washed. Frequently in the cover is not removable so you have to just wash this whole entire bulky oddly shaped thing in your washer so I would wash it alone with anything else and maybe just put on a bedding setting….
