Its always hard to review supplements. These might be great for you, and help you, but I can never really tell. I dont get any "woaw" feelings from it, which problaby means I eat good enough, to not be "shocked" by these. So, when it comes to supplements, it is worth giving it a try, but for me, didnt do much. Easy to swallow, no flavor, so that is always a good thing.

Since almost everyone who takes supplement has some criteria when looking, I created a quick Yes/No comparison list for my supplement reviews. Here is where Nutravia Tongkat Ali plus Fadogia Agrestis lands based on my experience: 1) Serving Size? 2 capsules per day / 30 days per bottle / 2 bottles = 60 day supply 2) GMP (Good manufacturing process)? Yes 3) Non-GMO? Yes (organic extract powder) 4) Clearly defined ingredients and percentages of each? No – big proprietary blend (see below 5) Manufactured in the USA? Yes 6) Lab or 3rd Party Tested? “Rigorously Lab-Tested” 7) Gluten Free? undefined 8) Vegan/Vegetarian? No – bovine ingredients 9) Easy to Swallow? Yes 10) No aftertaste? Unpleasant taste when taking with water (better for me with juice or flavored drink) 11) No side effects for me? Yes For those of you who are in the non-TLDR group here are some additional details for my experience with Nutravia Tongkat Ali plus Fadogia Agrestis. Like so many other people, I am always on the hunt for new or different supplements that work well for me, and provide better energy, strength, improved mental acuity and more stamina. Those attributes almost never come from a single ingredient, which is why these combination supplements have such appeal to me. Theses capsules provide a noticeable energy uplift, but not in a jittery caffeine sort of way. I have taken a different supplement with Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis before, but this supplement is my first experience with a quite a few other ingredients in a proprietary blend (see below). So far no noticeable difference over a couple of weeks, but with most supplements, the changes are subtle and take some time. I take the two capsules with a meal and have had no issues at all. I also liked the 120 capsules in the 2 bottle pack provided a 60 day supply! A two month supply provides plenty of time to evaluate the longer term effects. Additionally, made in the USA in a GMP facility are always pluses in my book. What I didn’t like: Nutravia Tongkat Ali plus Fadogia Agrestis contains a proprietary blend. While I realize that some manufacturers use blends to keep their products safe from imitators, I always can’t help but wonder if low cost/less helpful ingredients comprise 90% of the blend. Also, it makes it impossible to know how much of a blend ingredient you are consuming in total, when taking multiple supplements daily as I do. Specifically, these capsules contain some amount of Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestishorny, plus horny goat weed extract, wild yam root extract, longjack root extract, saw palmetto fruit extract, sarsaparilla root extract, bovine orchic, nettle root extract, Boron amino acid – in their active ingredients. All of these ingredients have potential health benefits – but who knows how much of each you are actually getting. Also listed are inert ingredients including- calcium carbonate, micro crystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, steric acid, magnesium steroate, silicon dioxide, and a gelatin capsule.

The capsules are normal sized & easy to swallow. Husband has been taking these for about a week now and he reports it helps with his energy level. This supplement arrived security bagged, fresh, shrink wrapped and safety sealed. So far, no issues.

Started taking these for my daily aerobics/calisthenics workout. Please note the warning on the product bottle: For healthy individuals 18 years and older. Consult a healthcare professional prior to use.
