The intent is to provide a Manager the basic tools to create a safe workplace. There are many excellent tips throughout helping to create the r,iChat philosophical mindset. I found more of a leadership focus versus a managerial. Not a bad thing by any stretch, just a different approach A good place to start for a new manager/supervisor
