I’ve had mecfs for 16 years to a moderate level. I’ve tried a lot of supplements over the years but nothing has really worked. At the beginning of this year I was largely bed bound and in a very poor state. I then started a carnivore diet which helped my energy and stopped fibro symptoms (carnivoreclaire on yt). Then I incorporated walking. This caused bad flares but was able to improve my stamina. Then I went on a protocol of supplements. I’ve been on nadh for a bit over a week and have noticed an impressive amount of increased energy and stamina. I hope this lasts. Not only more energy but less pem too. I’ve yet to test intensive exercise but it feels like it’s giving me my life back. Time will tell on that. I also take NAC which I think is helping. I have noticed bloodshot eyes after a shower at night and redness (flushing) in my face that has happened in the same timeframe so I’ll keep an eye on that.

I started using this supplement as I have CFS. Many studies recommend NADH to help manage fatigue. I have tried a few other versions but find this to be the best quality and most effective. It’s well packaged, easy to swallow and good value for money and definitely provides energy and a clearer mind.

Do not waste your money. Main contents of the capsules are turmeric, very clear once you open one up to smell and taste. As turmeric is very clearly not listed on the ingredients list, I have no trust for what else has been included inside these capsules. While turmeric is an anti inflammatory, I’ll be purchasing legitimate turmeric at a fraction of the cost if I want to take it for health reasons.

En dehors de cela, c'est le flou artistique total. Aucun site internet de la marque, ce qui est plus que bizarre à notre époque, particulièrement au vue de la formidable composition indiqué de leurs produits, qui aurait largement mérité au minimum un article dédié à cette marque dans la presse spécialisé. Et je ne parle pas du prix, incroyablement compétitif, pour ne pas dire presque cadeau. Alors posez vous simplement une question : Pourquoi, les marques sérieuses, connues et reconnues, comme Life Extention, Solgar ou Solaray, par exemple, ne proposent pas un produit similaire à un prix avoisinant ? Tout simplement parce que c'est impossible, à moins de réduire les coûts quelque part. Et dans la mesure ou le packaging de cette marque est plus que luxueux (faut bien inspirer confiance quelque part) ce n'est certainement pas là que les économies se font chez Azaroe. Reste donc la qualité des matières premières utilisées dans la composition de ce produit. Gardez à l'esprit qu'il s'agit d'un complément alimentaire, destiné à être ingéré sur une durée plus ou moins longue. Donc la qualité des matières premières utilisées est primordiale. Point sur lequel les 3 marques citées plus haut sont particulièrement sérieuse. Je ne pourrais pas en dire de même concernant cette nouvelle marque fantôme Azaroe, et d'autres comme Omnymune, ou encore kumproicha, au packaging strictement similaire, et également référencée sur Trademark Elite. Pour conclure, restez prudent concernant les produits que vous ingérez, car les compléments alimentaires ne sont pas des produits anodins. ils ont une efficacité certaine, qui certes dépends des individus, mais aussi et surtout de la qualité du produit. Alors arrêtez de croire au père noël, les années 80 c'est terminé (hélas), et aujourd'hui la qualité a un prix, malheureusement de plus en plus élevé. Merci donc à AMAZON qui nous donne les moyens d'avoir accès à des produits de qualité pour un prix très correct et compétitif. Et n'oubliez pas : Quand c'est trop beau pour être vrai, c'est forcément qu'il y a un problème quelque part. Et au final, vous risquez de regretter les quelques euros d'économie que vous pensiez avoir fait. Je vais également conclure par une mise en garde importante concernant uniquement les personnes sous anti-coagulants : ce produit contient du CoQ10 et vous ne devez surtout pas utiliser de CoQ10, quel qu'il soit, si vous êtes sous traitement anti-coagulant. La structure moléculaire du CoQ10 étant très proche de la vitamine K, cela rendrait vos anti-coagulant rapidement inactif, et cela représente un danger vital à ne surtout pas prendre à la légère. En dehors de ce cas précis, vous êtes parfaitement libre de jouer les cascadeurs en consommant des produits douteux. Après tout, il ne s'agit que de votre santé, la chose la plus précieuse qui soit pour chacun de nous. Et il serait temps d'en prendre pleinement conscience.
