Women's Mermaid V-Neck Long Sleeve Halloween Party Maxi Dress with Belt

I used this dress for my store mannequin that I bought to make a life-sized female vampire for my porch for Halloween. As you can see, it fits the mannequin well, but very tightly. I ordered the medium, and I would say that the mannequin is a small, so the other reviews are correct, this does run very small. No, I didn't order one for me, as I didn't want to look like a sack of potatoes in a sock, LOL! Too old to wear this, anyway. The dress is very long. My mannequin has high heel feet, and is probably about 5' 9" or 5' 10". As you can see from the photo, the dress is floor length. If you are short, prepare to have it hemmed!

Love this dress its amazing as a costume. That being said expect it to run a tad small. I'm a size 8/10 for reference in brands Ann Taylor & J. Crew & 5-6" . And the extra large was a good fit. Fitted, but not like a sausage casing. If you are smaller than a D cup the XL will be too loose in the chest. If you are worried about showing too much cleavage wear a cami. Is the dress sheer?? a bit, though its a costume & most are. I would recommend black nylons or tights. All in all its a great price for a costume.

I love the dress. I’m 5’8” and weigh 154 pounds. Nice material. Fits great except I have long arms and I wish the sleeves would have been just a little longer. I would have rated the dress with 5 stars but my dress came without the sash/belt. I had plans on attaching the sash to each sleeve to give it a more authentic Morticia Adams look since it is for my Halloween party. Overall nice dress

Bought this dress for a last minute Morticia halloween costume. I wanted a dress I could wear more than once. I could see myself wearing it again to a formal event. I am 4’11, 122-125lbs, 34D. The dress was quite long but with the material I was able to fold it and just cover it was the band/tie that comes with the dress. The dress is made out of a spandex material so it has a lot of stretch so I recommend wearing spanx as it shows all those curves. I felt sexy yet elegant. The dress was so flattering without being too revealing around family. I love when an Amazon purchase pulls through. Definitely recommend purchasing.

The dress was a sure hit! It does have a little give but not that much. I didn’t wear a shaper but I did have on appropriate under garments so no lines would show. The dress is thin but not see through thin. I received so many compliments. The first came from my hubby before we left for the affair then they just poured in while attending the affair and when I sent pictures. Honestly if you have a gut or hanging stomach this dress IS NOT for you. It’s slim and form fitting. Very classy looking. I a looking forward to wearing it again someday. Might I add the price was beyond mentioning. WIN WIN all the way around.

I had to return this dress. It was too tight and too long. The style was perfect for my Morticia Addams Halloween costume but skin tight and low cut. I couldn’t get a medium in time. I could fold over material in the waist so it was a better length but all in all, I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it and found something that was better for me.

I have on a lace dress that I bought to go over this dress. But you can see just how beautiful this dress is! It is long and it drags behind you, but for the purposes of my photo shoot it’s stunning. It’s a great dress for me because I’m an older woman. I have a good shape but some areas I’m not so happy with, and it covers all that up I’m 5’ 2” and 142 lbs if that information helps I bought a size small.

This dress had the sizing all wrong at the waist & hips for both the Size L and the Size XL. According to the chart, the L should have fit me, but this dress was way too tight. It clung like a swimsuit that's too small. I exchanged for the XL, and I don't know if it was mis-tagged, but it fit the same as the L with the waist & hips way too tight.
