By chance my toddler saw this while I was browsing Amazon, and of course, she wants it. So had to order it and let her have a grand time with the little basket and eggs. It comes with 2 larger animals already hatched, with the rest of them in eggs. Not sure if what’s in them totally random, but the little animals we got she totally loves. My toddler is at the age where she likes tiny little figurines, and thankfully she’s never exhibited any interest in putting things other than food in her mouth, so these tiny pieces I would not worry about her playing with it. On the other hand, if you have a younger child, and may put stuff in his or her mouth, you’ll want to monitor him or her while playing. Overall, super cute, and the little basket is fun for my toddler to carry around.

My daughter was thrilled to find this Hatchimals Spring Basket in her Easter basket! The included eggs were easy for her to crack open herself, adding to the excitement of revealing each Hatchimal and pet inside. She loved the surprise element and finding all the new characters. The basket itself is adorable and well-made, and she uses it to store all her Hatchimals now. It's a great little set, perfect for Easter or any occasion. Highly recommend!

I purchased these for my daughter. They were super cute and fun. When water is used they crack and reveal a surprise animal. They come with little pacifiers. My daughter loves them. They do hatch fairly quick.

Purchased this as an easter gift for my kid. She loves to hatch the little eggs. She was a bit disappointed with the way they hatch, but it was my fault because I didn't full read the description. The others you basically bottle feed and this one you rub the eggs. It still didn't stop her for loving the toy.
