Excellent product, easy to take.

Since I started using this product, my nails have grown and look unbelievable. I bought them for energy etc but I couldn't believe the effect on my nails. They just grew and grew and within 2 weeks I had the most beautiful nails. I'm on my second tub now and will be continuing. I love all Natures Aid products, reasonably priced and very good.

Can be hard to swallow but have everything I need and a vegan at a good price. I like this brand. I take in a spoon of yoghurt

I struggle to absorb vitamins naturally so taking the tablets is a must for myself.I live for these tablets (even the taste isn’t that bad).They come in a bottle so easy to store away and the tablets are not to large in size making them easy to swallow.

Easy to swallow, not massive dose but you can always double up if required
