I recently tried three types of honey: Organic Wildflowers, Organic Spring Flower, and Organic Raw Linden. All three are absolutely top quality -rich in flavor, excellent consistency, and incredibly tasty. I'm officially a big fan! The fact that my partner and. I went through three jars in just two weeks says it all. I've already ordered another batch of the same three. I also want to address a common misunderstanding I keep seeing in reviews regarding crystallization. Some people view it as a flaw, but it’s actually a natural and important sign of real, unprocessed honey. Crystallization is a mark of quality, not a defect. If anything, it confirms you're getting the real deal. Yes, some may prefer runny honey, and that’s perfectly fine but it’s important to realize that factors like weather, floral sources, and storage conditions influence texture, and these are not things any honest company can (or should) manipulate to create a uniform product. If you're new to raw honey, I’d encourage you to educate yourself before leaving negative reviews about natural processes. Quality honey isn't candy syrup -it's a living product that varies with nature, and that's what makes it so special. Highly recommended if you value authentic, raw, and truly delicious honey. Beautiful. I could taste the difference. I will definitely buy this again. It isn't a runny honey . Because it's raw. Perfect.

It's very good quality, arrived runny but soon crystallised which I believe to be a hallmark of pure honey. Tastes fantastic. I primarily used it on its own as a spread, but it was also used as a substitute for white sugar in bread baking, which the yeast seems to love and it also gives the bread a beautifully caramelised crust. Obviously, being a raw honey product, please don't give any to an infant or baby as it may contain botulinum which is extremely dangerous.

First jar 'runny' and delicious I'll update if my next two are!

Update to my previous review of one star for wildflower honey. Eventually I decided to try again and do something about the fact it was so hard I could not get it out of jar even with standing in hot water only the outside reacted. This time the water was very hot and it stood for about 30 mins. With topping up boiling water after that I eventually managed to get all the honey out. It was at this point that despite other people saying they did not think it was real honey - it did definitely smell like real honey to me. I was brought up with honey originally in Sudbury - clover honey from the meadows so I do know a bit. I then put some of the hard lumps in the air fryer and got them nicely smooth. Finally I baked some in a cake instead of using sugar - and put the rest in 2 smaller jars which have stayed smooth for spreading not gone rock hard again. So if you are prepared to maybe need to do all this then I can recommend a very nice honey at a good price. I am thinking of ordering again.

Came semi crystallised but it’s very tasty 🤤 I have a few bad conditions with my stomach and this stuff is great spoonful in the morning or have it with porridge 🥣 will definitely buy again

My honey arrived badly crystallised, not the best start. I love honey and was looking forward to tasting this lovely looking honey. Started to taste and the honey was like putting a teaspoon full of sugar it was so sweet, thought it might be just me but my wife found it too sweet to use. Bought the large one so should be OK for cooking etc but had to purchase a different one to be able to use without making your tongue tingle and give you a headache as it's like eating sugar.

Was wel helemaal keihard, weet eigenlijk niet of dat de bedoeling is. Maar was/is nog wel te gebruiken, voor honing vond ik de smaak vrij neutraal, niet echt een aparte of verrassende smaak. Wat je een beetje verwacht als je leest ,'rauwe biologische wilde bloemen bijenhoning'.
