If you want to make soaps at home, this is the ideal melter. The heat is consistent, it is very easy to use. The capacity was perfect for making a full loaf of soap. I would highly recommend this product!

Initial Review- I just received my package today and it appears to have been used it’s dented and scratched all over. The inside is clearly dirty. I haven’t attempted to make any soap yet, I’m not sure if I should First I must add that the company did everything they possible could to replace the product. I felt so awful because one of the packages went missing, as I couldn't track any longer. The shipper had to replace with a third product that came in beautifully packaged and protected. There were no defects on the second one I received. It was so much work and so difficult on the companies part that I felt so awful for my review but I am very grateful to have received the product in wonderful shape. The soap melts easily an the temperature remains consistent. Everything was easy to clean and just beautiful. My soap smells wonderful! Thank you for your wonderful customer service and I apologize for all the inconveniences.

I received this 24 hours ago, and immediately put mp soap to test it. The pros were it melted my soap perfectly and fast. Before this I was using the microwave method and hated it, so this is a game changer. That said, and perhaps it is user error, if so I will update the review. After using the soap, and having perhaps a cup left, I removed the lid to see how it was draining. I then turned around to prepare another mold to use the remaining soap. During this time, the melter heated my soap to over 300 degrees. It was boiling, smoking, and spitting, I now know exactly what burned soap smells like. I’m hoping it was because I had the lid off, but I’m not sure as you also need to remove the lid to stir. In either case the remainder of my soap was destroyed. It was easy to clean by adding water and pouring out. The only other con, is it is not heavy enough, so opening and closing the pour valve results in sliding the melter all over the counter top. It’s possible to hold it, but you almost need 3 hands to hold the melter, hold your container, and operate the valve. All of that aside, providing it does not incinerate the soap again, it’s definitely a game changer and I am happy to use it — it definitely beats the microwave UPDATE I cannot stress how satisfied I am with this company. After posting my review the company reached out and made it right. The defective unit was replaced and appears to be working well. The company has since been in contact to ensure all is well. Probably the best customer service I have seen -- well done, and thank you. The only reason I am still giving 4 and not 5 stars, is I think the base needs more weight as by design it is slightly top heavy, and prone to sliding. But overall, I am very satisfied.

wow... this product is so disappointing . As soon as I put soap base in, it went to warm mode. It never melted the soap base. Ironically, I had to microwave it. And now I am unable to get the dried soap out of the spout. What a waste of money

The fast melt is the absolute way to make melt and pour soaps, the clean up is so easy. I had any issue with the lid and John with his expertise it was fixed in no time. Five stars❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Estoy contenta de haber comprado este artículo porque es realmente fabuloso el tiempo en que derrite la base de jabón a diferencia de el baño María...aunque la llave para vaciar el jabón derretido no funciona como esperaba la verdad es que a pesar de ello estoy contenta y mucho. También me gusta que no tiene revestimiento antiadherente que pueda despegarse y quedar en el jabón. Volveré a comprar otro de mayor capacidad.

El producto calienta rápidamente,no tiene regulador lo que implica que se puede quemar la glicerina , mi expectativa era mayor con el producto .Los botones que tiene rojo amarillo verde sobretodo los últimos están de adorno

Mise à jour: J'ai été remboursé, le service à la clientèle est excellent ils ne comprennent pas d'où vient le problème... Peut-être une mauvaise batch... bref voilà! Ils m'ont retourné 2 robinets et le problème est toujours présent!! En plus j'avais oublié de mentionné que les machines bouillent le savon! J'ai acheté 2 machines et les 2 ont le même problème, j'ai utilisé du savon neuf et perdu plusieurs batch... Le service à la clientèle est très bon mais le problème n'est pas réglé et 230$ de perdu en plus des batch de savon (plusieurs dizaines de $) je suis très déçue je fais des savons depuis 10ans et jamais vécu rien de semblable je vend aussi mes savons donc je ne recommande pas du tout ce produit Malgré que j’ai nettoyé et purger à plusieurs reprises, les savons contiennent des particules noires en grande quantité j’ai perdu plusieurs dizaines de savons et ce, même après avoir fait plusieurs nettoyage en profondeur impossible de joindre le vendeur car je veux utiliser ma garantie du fabricant J’en ai acheté 2 et les deux possèdent ces même particules qui ressemblent à des morceaux de plastique provenant de la machine elle même

1) Large capacity, I could fit a 5kg base in it to melt. 2) It's quick, easy to clean if you make sure to do it immediately before soap residue hardens. 3) The green light never comes on for standby mode to indicate it has completed the heating cycle on my unit. Not sure if light is burnt out OR what but it doesn't really effect my particular soap melt experience. The first time I ever made soap so I did stand there like a tool waiting for a green light to happen, saw it go to yellow for insulation mode then out then bake to red for heating. That is when I clued in it was done.
