Great quality and less iron!
I used to live in the UK back before when study university. At that time many of my friends asked to buy it for them to use which was very popular and good quality. And now with my first pregnancy I use it too! And it helped me to had the vitamins I needed and this brand doesnt contains much iron like other brands which can cause constipation!

These are great for postpartum After giving birth I was feeling really rough as you do ! I felt very flat and like I was missing nutrients due to obviously going through what a woman goes through during pregnancy and after birth plus breastfeeding. I've been taking these for 2 months now and I can report I feel better, I've got a bit more energy, my head is more clearer and I don't feel so weak anymore. Tablets are a bit big and have a taste for those who don't like big tablets. I would recommend these as a must to mothers to keep themselves fueled on nutrients that get sucked out of them🤣
