Exactly what I needed, priced right.
This pack of six egg shaped balls are exactly what I wanted to exercise my hands for arthritis. The price was right, with next day delivery. No need to pay more if you just want to stimulate movement of your hands.

My walking companion!
I have used these stress ball things for years because my hands swell when I go for walks. I keep one by my treadmill, another by the front door, and another in purse. Yes, I'm THAT obsessed with them. They give my hands something to do while I walk and do help with the swelling as well. I've given a few away to friends so I purchased these recently to keep up my 'stash.' Yes, I love them that much. And also, they are quite inexpensive. My older ones are at least 5 years old so they do last if you don't lose them! Highly recommended for people who have hand swelling while walking. I suppose they would be great for stress, but I don't use them that way.

Fun, easy, portable, and a variety of strength options.
These are great. I broke my right hand and have found these easy to have in my car, throw in a purse and have handy to utilize and strengthen my right hand when I have free time.

Works great
Excellent product. I wasn’t sure if the simple shape would help me, but I’m seeing excellent improvement already with the strength of my fingers and healing in my trigger finger.

It is important to use them several times a day.
These balls have been great. I recently fell and broke an arm. They have been great with getting my strength back in this arm . I also use them in my good arm just to keep my muscles moving.

Excellent price, but might be too small for many users.
I got these as hand therapy for my wife who recently had two carpal tunnel surgeries on her hands. I think that they're great for that purpose. There are some issues with these, however. For one thing, it's almost impossible to tell one from the other. The differences in resilience are so subtle, and close. I can see that there is some difference between the softest, and the hardest. Unfortunately, the in-between ones are a super tough call. The second issue I have is the size of these eggs. In my view, they're simply too small. Even in my wife's hand it seems tiny. Not to confuse the matter further, but I really like the material that these are made of. It's sort of a silicone rubber compound, and it's pleasant to hold, and squeeze, far better than foam rubber products. I can see where these might also be useful for finger strengthening, as in prepping for guitar, etc. These would be a great help. Overall, these are okay, but could have been far better. To be fair, the way they're made it could have just been a set of two, or three.

This has saved me time and money
Having carpel tunnel surgery really can set you back. I decided to take action to get back into the grind. I found these to help exercise my hand at home.
