Very clean looking! The bottom louver doesn't want to blow out too much but the top two louvers do. I'm using a powerful exhaust too, so it should blow all three open. Not sure why it's being stubborn. This vent worked perfectly with a 4 inch insulated dryer hose. I love the silver foil tape that came with it. I believe I was supposed to use it to seal the dryer vent better, but I used the foam insulation they sent with it, and that was enough. I wouldn't want to put the foil on this anyway. I ended up using it to reinforce attaching my dryer hose. That could be what the silver tape was for as well, but it was kind of thin like weather seal tape so not sure. It was not listed in the instructions. Either way it was much appreciated. This was such a better value than galvanized steel.

This is very helpful and just what I needed. I just purchased a 3d printer and while doing research it is recommended to vent the fumes if going to print certain filament. This was easy to setup and install. looks like good quality and is working great.

Very easy to put together. All the pieces they sent make sense. I added a little silicone just to ensure more protection from rain. Looks great from the window side and works well. I use it as ventilation for a laser cutter and it's been great!

I bought this window vent to handle the fumes from my laser engraver (situated in my bedroom). The kit is well made and comes with just about everything I needed to get it going. My windows are horizontal sliders which means that I have to install in a vertical configuration. The multiple sections needed to span the vertical distance have a tendency to slide making it sometimes frustrating to put up (I don't have it "permanently" installed). The 4" diameter is nice as it allows a larger, more efficient exhaust fan to be connected. Overall, it's a nice value and it gets the job done. If you're going to be installing it horizontally, you will really like it!

This was a life saver. I just bought a home and realized there was no dryer vent in the laundry room. Instead of having to drill a hole in the wall to install a new vent, I simply put it in the window. It came with insulation tape and was easy to put in. It saved me a few hundred bucks by not having to call a contractor to drill a hole in my wall

I used this to attach my resin printer tent to a window, and it worked perfectly. Installation was easy, and I haven’t had any issues with it staying in place. It’s a simple and effective solution for venting.

The only two problems I have with the unit is listed below 1: There is no way out of the box to secure the three pieces together so they are able to stay in place and span the whole length of the window. 2: The bug screen included in the exhaust vent is not adhered to the PVC, but instead just held in with pressure from the flaps which is not enough to keep bugs out. After I had fixed both the bug screen with hot glue and secured the window vent with a silicone sealant, I have had no problems with the unit and it all functions as intended.

This was easy to install in my window and fit perfectly on my Glowforge vent hose. Good quality and value.

I have a dryer that uses a 120v plug standard household as we don't have the larger 220v so we had to place our dryer near a window and we used a generic air conditioner vent to hold the hose in place which was sufficient but obviously not the proper way. Finally got this for our dryer and the assembly process is same as the assembly for the a/c vent window kit.

Love the idea however there is a problem when the two magnets are disconnected. The part that is on the dryer faces towards the floor because it is heavy. Then when you push the dryer towards the wall and the other magnet it can not connect because it is facing downwards. I used sheet metal tape to prevent the magnet from falling downwards.
