DVR is good but the camera are keep getting restart in the night, I believe it's due to more power required in the night to make flashlight active, I ordered an extra powered smps of 16 channel I will check and update you soon.

Defective product 😕, Very bad service. My CCTV is not working properly. If you want to repair it, I have to sent it Hariyana by speed post. Totally unsatisfied.

I am posting this review after 3 months its working well clarety wise super working well but cable is not satisfied poor quality cable if you change cable all is ok

Picture quality bad zoom 5 meter away not clear

Using for 1+ Year, After using I am giving a review. It's easy to fit if you have some knowledge of electricity. Technology is very good and is used to send notifications on your phone when someone is detected on the camera view. Another setting is already set and if you call customer care they will guide you to set lan connection IP which can be used to see your camera view on your smartphone via the Hikconnect app. Over all Product quality and performance is Very Good.

Very bad product 1 one camera not working & all camera night light not working so very bad experience low quality

Rest everything is fine wherein couple of things which could have added more value to the product is; 1. Vendor should have included camera base with this product. 2. Cable roll is 45 meter which is very much less for 4 camera set up. It should be atleast 80/90 meters. Thanks!!

The packaging contains refurbished material, and even the power supply is refurbished. I strongly advise against buying this product.
