Sometimes, I run across a product that feels like it's more of a work in progress. That's kind of my experience with NuBest's Bone Xtra. This is described as a premium supplement offering plant calcium, Vitamin D3 and K2, Magnesium, Vitamin C, Phosphorus, and Zinc. This came with two bottles. Each bottle is a 1-month supply and contains 120 vegetarian capsules. The capsules are a bit larger at right about 1" and I did have some difficulty with swallowing them. These are formulated and distributed by NuBest, a Wyoming-based company. I regularly take Vitamin D-3 and it's prescribed by my physician due to a deficiency. I've found the D-3 and K2 option to work very nicely. However, I'm not completely sold on the mix here and I've found myself reading a lot between the supplements I take to make sure I'm getting a sufficient amount and also not getting too much. These seem to be pretty amazing in terms of helping with bone strength and calcium absorption, though I almost wish the product were simplified rather than including so much. This is more of a premium product and I think it will be fine for those who are really focused on bone health. This has everything you'd need, but if on other supplements it would likely be a good idea to just make sure dosages match up. I doubt this will land in my regular wellness regimen, however, should I need to focus on my bone health in the future I'll probably revisit.

Tried many supplements in the past and by far Nu Best is the best bone supplement I've used. It has more combined ingredients for building stronger bones, hopefully a better dexa scan. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great all in one supplement.

Bone Extra is easy to swallow. It has just the right amount of calcium , magnesium and doesn’t taste bad. You can take 4 a day or less, depending on your needs. I would recommend! Bone tests were better!

This product really helps for bone health. My whole family use it. Very easy to swallow. Highly recommend.

More of a well rounded bone health MVI. The mix is similar to that in a well known brand that I was taking before that are even more expensive and had more pills to swallow-6/day instead of 4 here. The caps are easy to swallow, came safety sealed and all intact. The formula is similar to the well known brand except for the section which lists a proprietary blend. I wish brands wouldn't do that! All ingredients in a supplement should be transparent as to the ingredient and amount, so one star off for that. The strontium is the correct, none radioactive sort backed by research. Love the algae sourced calcium and that the dose stops at 600 mg split into the 4 caps so I can spread it out during the day since the body has trouble with more than 300 mg calcium at a time and I don't want it lining my arteries because I dumped too much into the system all at once. Great that it has K, D, C, Mg, Zn, Cu, boron and manganese to help you use the calcium. The horsetail powder (a plant) is there for the silica I imagine. A vegetable based capsule is appreciated. A good alternative to my more expensive brand and a solid plant based bone health option. Some ingredients may not be safe for use in people with kidney disease. Check with your provider first.
