This is the third Alpatronix iPhone battery case I've owned, since its inception, and it still does not disappoint. The case has a great textured grip around the sides so it won't slip out of your hands holding it. The rubberized case makes it easy to put on and take off, and the battery in the back protrudes out enough to protect the camera lenses from direct damage if you drop it. Love that you can wirelessly charge the phone with the case on. Small cutouts at the bottom allow the speakers to do their job. Also appreciate the included screen protector. Using the battery to charge the iPhone is quicker than previous iPhone iterations, due to it having USB-C instead of Lightning; my phone can go from 30% to 60% in less than 15 minutes. On the flipside, when using the battery, the case gets hotter than in previous generations. Also, while I haven't conducted a thorough battery drain test, the battery seems to get used up quicker than the last battery case (that same 30-60% charge took the battery from full to half-full). Again, I'll chalk that up to the unique USB-C charging dynamics vs what we've been used to with Lightning. Lastly, don't forget that this is a battery case for a big phone, which means there will be extra weight added, which could take some getting used to. All in all I would absolutely recommend this case over and over again. Seeing how quickly the battery drains on these new iPhone 15 Pros, I'm glad to have this case to keep me going in the evening before I can plug it in to charge. Cannot speak highly enough of this brand and this case. Don't hesitate to buy.

This case is horrible and it's durability and its life. The case started tearing apart and you can hear the battery sliding around inside of it as well of it stopped charging my phone or excepting a charge. I have reached out to Customer Support several times with zero response. I would not buy a case from here and expect it to last very long or to expect any support if something goes wrong with it.

Great value - durable - no regrets

This isn't my first Alpatronix case, and once again, they've impressed me. The battery case is slim, durable and offers a 7000mAh charge. It comes with a cable and screen protector, which is a great bonus. Fast charging, wireless support, Apple Pay and CarPlay make it a great upgrade. Very happy with the purchase.

Unlike my last Alpatronix battery case (for iPhone 12 Pro Max), this one actually has “too much” flexibility! The upper 30% of the fit is just a bit too loose. Its actually too soft at the top 30% of the case! The rest of the case (where a majority of the battery is) is fine. The firmer areas are still pliable around the screen in that area, but snug. The most noticed area of being too soft is around the audio buttons with a slight alignment issue (not snug) against the phone and screen. Battery case charges fine and gives a solid full recharge. If Alpatronix would return to the “firm” design from before, I’d easily give this a 5 star. Installation is a breeze with this new case, but I don’t like the trade off in durability. I’d say offer this for $10 less and I’d be onboard as it having great value. It does offer decent protection, but for mostly 70% of the phone. The soft areas of the design just weaken it more than I like.

The case is very well designed and feels like to hold. However, it does add significant weight and bulk to your iPhone, so be aware of that as with many other battery cases out there. The charging feature itself is very handy and effective when in a pinch, but because of the weight and bulkiness I will not likely use it as my everyday case. It is very useful to take with you when you know you won’t have access to a charger for a while. It seems very durable and comes with a screen protector kit, so it will do well to protect your device when installed. The main thing I did not like is how it does not work well with apple wireless charging technology. It advertises itself to be good for wireless charging, but even with the expensive apple wireless charger, it does not charge consistently. Since it’s not a MagSafe compatible case, the charger does not snap onto the case, making it difficult to place the charger at the right spot on the back case. It seems like the spot to charge is very precise and it will not charge it if you are not perfectly centered on the back. I have been able to charge it for a few secs wirelessly, but then it will disconnect from the charger without even moving the phone position. This essentially ruined my wireless charging setup I typically use at night. Overall, I think it’s a good battery case, but it does add bulk and the wireless charging leaves much to be desired. The wired charging functionality and everything else about it seems to be working fine. The price does seem a little steep still without the wireless consistent charging though.

I started buying Alpatronix phone cases when I kept running out of cell battery during the work day. One push of the charge button and you can keep talking. Also, this is great if you missed putting your phone on charge overnight. The case fit on this model (Apple 15 Pro Max) is very good. The ‘C’ connector is well aligned and functional. The top ‘flex’ to insert the phone is easier than my previous model. It fits snug, so I am not worried about the phone coming out of the case. The rubber case provides good cushion around the perimeter, and it rises slightly above the face for some protection there. A glass faceplate is included. Even though there is a ‘ridge’ of rubber around the camera lenses, I would suggest adding a protective glass cover. My phone occasionally gets dropped. Even with the additional weight, I have not had a broken screen. Overall, this case functions well for me.
