Very happy with this small 1 man tent. Comes supplied with 3x fiberglass(?) poles that slide slide into the "bottom sheet" this quickly creates the base frame for the tent and is quick and intuitive to erect. The bottom sheet create an inner layer or soft shell to the tent with some parts having mesh 'windows' I assume to allow air to circulate and prevent condensation. Once the main poles have been inserted into this bottom sheet or the "top sheet" is thrown over the top and is secured in place by 4 clips on each corner. This provides the waterproof outer layer. I take a semi-educated guess that the layer of air between to the bottom and top sheets will have some thermal heat retainment properties but I am not scientist! The over all quality and build is great and I have used this twice out in the field (no pun!) once in quite heavy rain. Its strong, warm and durable. This is not a toy or a play tent its the real deal. Not sure its of "professional" standards but I am not looking to climb any mountains any time soon.

Arriving quicker than the delivery estimate, I was soon testing this Flecktarn Camauflge version out. I am a keen wildlife Photographer, and need to be as incognito as possible, hiding as much from humans as the animals. Erecting this tent is Simple... just view the one page instruction slip and everything is obvious. Only if you are expecting some windy conditions might you use all the pegging/guy points. Its a well made tent, with good quality zips, and excellent ventilation. Superb in the rain, and quick drying. I used the small side vestibule for my camping gaz rocket stove and to leave shoes and hang socks. It is certainly not big enough for my 60ltr Rucksack. At 60 years old, weight always plays a part, so I have to mention, its the poles and pegs that make up the majority of this tents weight. The pole are Fibre Glass, and the Pegs Steel. The main cons for me though are these... not quite wide enough, another 9inch to a foot would improve it dramatically ... and the same thing with hight. Whilst I like its low profile, getting dressed/undressed is nearly impossible because you cannot sit up!! So like I said... Almost perfect for me. I cannot grumble at the price.. good value for money. My rucksack ended up folded at the top end of the tent behind my head/pillow. During the rain I had to lay down the whole time because its impossible for the smallest of us to sit up. At least I was warm, and totally dry.

I'll admit I didn't have high hopes, but I was really chuffed with it once it was up. It went up in a fraction of the time I expected, first go. Surprisingly spacious. I'm quite big, and I'd probably fit my girlfriend in with me too. I was surprisingly well insulated even with the vents/windows open. I was cool in the hot day and it kept the chill out over the cold night. German engineering never ceases to amaze. The net layers/panels are of decent quality, as are the more opaque parts. I didn't wake up to dew all over the inside, which is a big thumbs up for a budget tent IMHO. I didn't really test how waterproof it is, but there was a bit of spitting and I was dry. If I was forced to pick a hole... the bag's a bit on the snug side. I had a little trouble getting it back in, but I was rushing, I didn't fold it up properly, and it still went in with a bit of wiggling anyway. It is a budget tent, don't get me wrong, but it's definitely the one that'll stay strapped to my rucksack. Even if I need to bring a bigger one for multiple people I'll probably set this one up just for myself as well.

I have used this tent in all weather. Snow, rain, and storms. Oh and heat not that we get much of this in the uk. All that being said it is a great product. It's been some time since I purchased this tent and I wanted to give the tent long term use before leaving a review. So that's what I did and the tent has not disappointed. Great tens with plenty of space ots a must buy.

This tent was well tested against wind, rain, and midgets, in the Irish mountains .It seemed impervious and oblivious. The wind in particular has very little affect on its low profile.packs down nice and small 3kg or less if you discard the tent pegs.Can be errected in pitch dark.Most of all I like this tent because I felt I had addiquate ventilation with it all zipped up to keep the midgets out.I'm very happy with this tent.

I have many tents inc a W - Pathfinder which this tent appears a budget version . Easy to assemble and appealed to me for the camo look . Low profile especially in a woodland clearing . Actual waterproofing I have not tested , but when I camp I always have a tarp for daytime space . So I plan with a tarp in mind . But with a push this tent should be ok anyway . Looking forward to comfortable nights out and a bit of fun . This tent price is half of the expedition examples and small when packed away . Nb could get two persons inside in an emergency. Oh , the inner tent gas has quite a water protecting high skirt in the event of driving rain . Manufacturers suggest also a small groundsheet under to increase water protection , insulation and keeping your tent clean . But would function without .

La tienda la compre por su tamaño compacto,el peso de las varillas de fibra, se podria reducir, tal vez un poco mas,la calidad de los materiales es excelente,si mides mas de uno ochenta no se puede estar sentado dentro sin tocar con la cabeza en el techo,para una persona es espaciosa,hay sitio para las alforjas y tiene un pequeño porche,tres ventanas de ventilacion que puedes abrir o no a tu eleccion,se puede usar sin el doble techo,excelente mosquitera,facil montaje y desmontaje,sin varillas ni piquetas de anclaje,es muy liviana y se puede compactar mucho mas,para llevar en mochila o alforja,con las varillas aparte. Aguanta bien el agua de lluvia,probada bajo tormenta

Arrivata nei tempi, bella e spaziosa, è più grande di quello che sembra nelle immagini e nei video, sono alto 1.80 e ci sto comodamente sia in lunghezza che in larghezza. La tenda arriva con i suoi paletti in fibra di vetro, telo interno, telo esterno che tengono entrambi fino a 1000 mm di colonna d'acqua, il pavimento ne tiene 2000 e 13 picchetti classici a L, comunque qui di seguito lascio le foto con le specifiche riportate sulla tenda. Ho altri accessori della Mil-Tec e finora non mi hanno deluso, costano relativamente poco e durano nel tempo, spero anche questa tenda duri, spero perchè i pali in fibra di vetro non mi ispirano molta fiducia, detto ciò mi piace davvero molto questa tenda forse pesa un pò, ma al prezzo alla quale viene venduta la consiglio. P.S. Aggiornerò questa recensione una volta provata sul campo.

This tent is remarkably low-key with it's German-style red-spotted (Flecktarn) woodland camouflage, and I like that. It is perfect for keeping a low profile, as in "wild" camping. The tent uses three fibreglass spreader poles and can be picked up with one hand as long as it hasn't been pegged-down. Alloy poles would have been nicer, but they would have put the cost up, and the supplied tiny, thin tent-pegs (stakes) are barely adequate for the job. The only thing I do not like about the tent is the way that rainwater collects in a pool right on the top centre of the tent flysheet. The water can be pushed off by inserting one's arm between the inner tent and the flysheet. The tent's low height means you cannot sit upright inside it, but you can lean comfortably enough on one elbow and look outside. All in all, it is a good tent for the money and I am glad I purchased mine.

フライシートを張ってもテントを移動出来るので何かと便利。雨が降ったらタープの中への移動も楽。 ポールが少しこころもとないが、連結部分をしつかり差し込んでおけば大丈夫そうです。 最悪折れてもアルミポールに交換すればいいかと
