Worked perfectly for fruit tarts. The dough attached to the perforations and did not fall during baking. The rings arrived in a sturdy box, with each ring individually wrapped. (Still using that box to securely store them and keep them together.) The rings cleaned up as good as new. There were twelve ring in this purchase so it was a really great value. Would definitely recommend.

These work SO WELL! The recipe I was using had a lot of spread, but when I measured 3.5 oz of dough and placed it in the middle of these (placed on silicon mat), they turned out perfect! I did cut tiny strips of parchment that I secured inside the rings with a bit of butter. I tried one with just butter but the cookie was harder to get out and I didn't want to wait for it to cool completely because I needed to reuse the rings. I was also able to reuse the parchment strips for subsequent batches, so that worked nicely.

Good rings for small cookies

Nice product. Sturdy build as sometimes the metal is very thin. This is the right thickness. But a bit small in my view for what I needed them for. I'll see if I use for another purpose.

I used these for cookies. They worked well with the stiffer cookie dough (like chocolate chip cookies). The rings kept the dough from spreading creating a thicker softer cookie. Cookies had to be fully cooled before removing from rings or the cookies broke when trying to remove the rings. Not sure if the holes help baking or not but they made the cookies harder to remove from the rings. After playing with these a little I think they will work for what I need. I will probably get more of these unless there is something better later such as a non-preforated or a 2.5 inch version.
