Easy to use and cleans well

The media could not be loaded. It actually worked pretty well but after about 30 min the top attachment kept sliding off the stick. ( button wouldn’t pop up to hold the piece in place).***update, they contacted me an fixed the issue. Great service. Must have been a defect in the one I got, and I understnad that happens.

Now my windows and doors are shiny I recommend it without hesitation

The squeegee is not working properly

This is a good product. The blade is flexible and leaves no streaks. My only suggestion is that it would be desirable to have an optional lock button on the last pole section to be able to use it as a short pole with a comfort handle.

I bought this product approximately 2 months ago. I needed a squeegee with a long, adjustable handle to squeegee my shower, which I do every time the shower is used.. This product filled the bill perfectly...until it didn't. The mechanism that keeps the squeegee in place failed but I was past the return window. The company reached out to me and offered to replace the product, which they did! I am giving them 4 stars for now because, wow, what great customer service! It's like they really want their customers to be satisfied! If the product works consistently for me, I'll update this review again to 5 stars.
