It was easy to install. I checked how the old one was installed and replaced it with the new one. I had a problem with pulling out the charger plug as the pins are very compact and it needed a bit of work to move it. Having never done this myself before I was pleased with how easy it was. It works well and lasts a long time.

I'm not sure if this product is a genuine one, but a month after it fitted, it is working pretty well. I don't know how the original was, as I bought the laptop second-hand. After fully charging, the battery lasts 3 or 3.5 hours in an office workstyle. Quite pleased with the achievement.

This was a replacement for my three-year old Dell laptop, since the original battery was unable to hold its charge. The replacement was delivered very promptly, and was very well packaged, giving lots of confidence. It is Dell branded as advertised, and fits my computer. So all successful, and hopefully I will get at least another three years of daily use from my laptop, for a very reasonable cost.

After a few years the battery wasn't lasting the 5 to 6 odd hours it once did when laptop was new. We bought this genuine Dell battery which cost a bit more but after previous experiences with "compatible" batteries and mains chargers going wrong prematurely I decided to pay the little extra. Followed a YouTube video on how to replace the battery and the whole process took about 10 to 15 minutes. Very easy as long as you take your time and are relaxed and patient. Battery life after a few charges is at 6 hours on the screen but generally lasting well over 5 hours most days on varied use. As new now... Well for at least another 4 to 5 years anyway.

Needed a replacement battery for the laptop and could not find one until I saw this listing, item came without damage and is in 100% working order, so now there is no need to keep my charger lead plugged in the wall all day...lol Cheers.

Replaced a YRDD6 on an Inspiron 3583 with this WXD0R. The battery connector is in a different position around half an inch to the left but there was enough cable slack to make the connection. The YRDD6 battery was £20 more expensive at time of purchase. No complaints from the laptop and was charging ok. Passed back to owner no problems reported.

as part of the upgrade it was a good idea to change the battery while the laptop was apart. Price was good so was the delivery
