It gives me a noticeable energy boost within 20–30 minutes without making me feel jittery or overstimulated. Perfect for early morning workouts or days when I need that extra push. The flavor (I got Fruit Punch) is surprisingly good—not overly sweet or artificial—and it mixes well with water. No clumps, no gritty texture. I am doing gym workout since from long time... usually I only take creatine as a pre-workout from last year... but when just for trial and curious purpose I purchased this ON pre-workout... and guess what its so amazing .. I literally feel the focus, awakens, power, stamina ... during the workout I feel more energetic and power is also on another level so I ultimately able to lift more, repes more and able to do heavy workout... But i didnt take it daily as it is said that you may addicted to the caffeine ... so i suppose to take it only when i have leg or back day ..
