This "gaming computer is a total joke.I have filed 2 claims with Asurion and both times they are telling me that nothing is wrong. The computer overheats and shutsoff randomly. Worked fine for a minute.

Garbage. Stopped working after 3 months. Had a professional oc tech look at it and determined the video card was defective/partially broken inside from the beginning and he was surprised it worked at all. Called manufacturer cyst service number and they declined to replace defective card bc it was out of the 90 day warranty. Very disappointed bc this was for my 11 year old son who saved all his money to buy this. What a scam and a waste. Very dishonest company. Don’t buy their products

Delivered quickly, worked for a while. Started crashing constantly. After some research, turns out the problem is they use 295 watt power supplies, which will not run a modern video card reliably. The RTX3060 requires a 450 watt power supply. They have nothing to say about this except the warranty is expired. So they don't know how to build computers properly, or they don't care, or both. Bad computer, bad service.

Purchased this for my husband because it's being sold as a gaming computer. Less than a week in, the video graphics card is shot. They sent a replacement and we gave the new pc to our daughter since graphics card can't handle large games like Star Citizen. 6 months after receiving the new computer, the graphics card goes out.Basically paid for a $700 paperweight. Don't waste your money.

The processor and graphics card are what you're really paying for. They skimp out on the 290w power supply and finicky mouse. Monitor still works fine, but the power supply finally gave out for me after six months. The motherboard also has proprietary pins and ports that would need an adapter if you wanted to change the power supply yourself.

After a week of waiting I opened the box excitedly, but what I found upset me. The front rgb panel was hanging by the wire unglued, it was missing the 2 terrabyte hard drive I paid extra for, and the monitor wasn't even in the box. I would personally recommend a slightly more expensive option to ensure better quality.

Worst SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS I've EVER spent! Thing barely ran how it should have, didn't even have protective wrapping on the inside and it broke in less than two weeks. DO NOT BUY THIS!

The computer worked great until it fried after 4 months of use. Would not recommend buying from this seller.
