I would recommend this camera to anyone, great product at an excellent price.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This camera had the features that I was looking for at a very affordable price. Quality: Fantastic. Bought it for my 2 week trip to France and it took professional quality photos and videos. Design: I thought it would be bulky when I received it but it was very easy to handle and the 4 AA batteries last a long time. Clarity: Wonderful in different light conditions, takes longer to take pics when dim light so you have to hold the shot longer. Zoom capability: Good on zoom, once you go to the digital zoom trouble focusing. Other than that no complaints. Size: Looks large but very easy to handle. Brightness: Took wonderful pictures.

Great Price and Great Quality

Not an incredible camera, but a good one for the price.
Camera is pretty easy to use, it takes kind of medium range cellphones pictures. Very lightweight is kind of difficult to control movements of the hand to avoid blured pictures. I played with camera all week and changed batteries Saturday, I got camera on Monday. I saw bad reviews about batterie life, I just dimmed the display brightness to - 1. Video quality is not the best, but it serves the purpose. Focus takes awhile but is there. Overall a nice cheap camera for the begginer, just like me. February 18, 2019: Today I put this camera to the test and went out to take some photos and I have to say it worked well. Nice focus, I did not had the focus problem some people are describing in their reviews. Battery life is very good too, after almost a month of use I still had the original batteries. I did had to change them but after almost a month. This camera works very efficiently with a better price tag.

Great Starter Camera
Fantastic starter camera for the price. Yes, it's an older model, but I'm able to do so many things. For example, I can take photos of birds, zoom in on the airplanes that pass my house, and even capture perfect images of the moon. It takes some time getting used to and some settings are harder to navigate, so I suggest watching some videos on DSLR settings. It comes with a strap but mine just wouldn't get on, but that's probably my problem.

Wish I had returned it!
I have had many cameras in my lifetime, really expensive and really cheap. I have NEVER had a camera use battery power like this one. I bought rechargeable batteries and a charger and then bought even additional batteries. If you are using it on a day trip, you had better have the backup batteries with you because this camera won't last. Also, the compartment where you insert the batteries has a slide switch where you lock it so the batteries will stay in. If you handle the camera at all, take it in and out of a bag or even wear it around the neck and hold it, it is very easy to move the slide and the batteries will all fall out. It is very light and the pictures will be blurred if you don't really concentrate and hold it tight. I want something I can swing up in a heartbeat and take a snapshot. This camera will not do it. It does take some good pictures but I can honestly say I can't tell the difference between my phone and the camera. I would say you get what you pay for but I have a small Canon that was half the cost and the pictures are just as good if not better. I only bought this one because I couldn't find my Canon. Thank goodness it showed up.

Digital camera
Camera took great photos at the beginning, after several months it started taking blurry pictures, the flash lags. Don't recommend this camera,

Nice camera, but no chip in it
Seems to be a great little camera for what I want to do with it. Maybe I missed it...I dont know, but I dont know what size chip to put in it...a 32GB or a 64GB and in the setup part of the paper work, I did not see what size it takes. The camera comes with no chip...why?
