Works For Me - Happy With It
Keep it charged and it works - with my Samsung S23 phone. The best Android compatible product I could find.

Basically useless
Every time that I’ve needed to find my glasses, the battery was dead. It has no indicator for a low battery. Or it’s just disconnected. I had the setting on to let me know if it disconnects, and it was disconnecting and reconnecting (&chiming) about every 5 seconds or so. I have 3 of these and they are all like this. I wouldn't recommend these.

Best Way to Find Glasses
Had it for over a year. Works very well. I set my glasses down to read and they were lost. Wish I could get a backup charger without the whole kit. Reluctant to take the only one on vacation. Remember to charge occasionally…only way to find your glasses.

Updated app? And got it to work a bit more..
I was so excited to finally find a tracker for glasses. I almost lost my $400 pair and didn't want that to happen again. When I first got this tag tracker, I thought I figured it out. To ring and find it. That was a few months ago and I completely forgot about having to keep it charged.I didn't realize how to identify the level of charge... Yesterday after a loss of my glasses and finally finding them, without the help of the tag... I finally revisited the instructions, via the video on the Amazon purchase screen. And after much messing around.... Deleting the app on my phone several times. Restarting my phone several times trying to recharge it several times... I think I am on the right path... The app now shows the ringer and it shows it's connected and it shows all these other icons that are discussed in the video. The challenge is knowing when the tracker is fully charged but you can see that after it's connected and you select the glasses icon... At the moment it shows 50% and the tracker is blinking red. I'm guessing it will turn green when it's 100%? Otherwise, I think you need to keep track of the charging... Maybe a few more bugs to work out but now that I remember to charge it, I'm hopeful on it being useful. PS. Now I understand why I was always getting a disconnect.... Not charged. #2. Map picture... Phone is still charging and it says 50%. The glasses and tracker are sitting right next to me with my app/ phone. However, the map does not reflect that. To me, the map shows the glasses in another part of the house... #3... About an hour later, and the app shows the tracker 100%. I've attached a screenshot of that but it cut off the 100% part in the upper right hand corner. It also says the tracker is near me, which is true, it's right near me... Me... Right next to me... It was before when I was starting to charge... Also, I did another screenshot of the map. The location of both my phone/ me and the tracker have changed... Even though they're both right next to me and are not reflected that way on the map... Oh well, at least I've got the ringer working again! And it's still useful to have! UPDATE 11/3/23.... Downgrade to 2-3 stars.... I've attached another photo from today, after I disconnected and reconnected. The glasses are sitting right next to me, with my phone. However, the glasses icon is not next to me and not helpful in tracking my glasses if it showes them that far away, IMO........ Need to look into contacting Dolphin.....

It will do
I bought this small eyeglass tracker because my husband loses his glasses all the time. I received the tracker yesterday without written instructions. To get instructions you need to scan the bar code on the box. You also need to scan a barcode to download the software to work with the tracker. The bar codes are very difficult to read as they are so small. I couldn't get the tracker and phone to sync up. My oldest son finally took a look at it and was able to get it to sync up and work. The tracker has a small sound emitting from it when you are searching for your phone. If you have trouble hearing and live alone I'm not sure it would help you find it. It does have a map in it and it does show that the glasses are in my house. I rated it 3 stars due to no instruction manual, small writing in box you almost need a magnifying glass to read and difficulty in getting it to sync. After having the tracker for about two months now I've had another problem. The little rubber device that attaches your glasses on to tracker busted after about a month. I did have an extra one that came with it and am using that one now. I've looked and have been unable to buy more of the rubber devices that I need to have to attach the glasses to the tracker. I do not trust tape. It would be nice Dolphin could link these pieces to this page.

Device will not sync to my fully updated iphone 14
The Dolphin Tracker app tells you to hold down on a button on the device until you hear a beep or a flashing light. THERE IS NO BUTTON ON THE DEVICE. I charged the device for 4 hours as required. No luck!! Very frustrated...what a waste of time!! After multiple tries, the device never synced to my iphone. The app is useless and the website is useless for support and/or contact. I will be returning this useless device to Amazon.

Company appears out of business
The dolphin did work. But the charging cable is unique and once lost is absolutely irreplaceable. Can't find it on line anywhere. Battery lasts only a month, unlike a tile or air tag. So when u need it, battery is dead. Eventually the dolphin fell off the glasses and it lost.

Eyewear is connected!
Only had this eye glass tracker for a week or two and already used it several times to more easily find the eye glasses when I put them down somewhere without thinking. So saved several minutes looking around several times. Fairly easy to pair with blue tooth and has a reasonable range of about 30 feet and the app tells you if they are far or near and plays a ringing sound from device on the glasses to help you locate them. Battery life is over a week and charging takes about an hour or so. The slim black device is only slightly noticeable. A little expensive but worth it for the time saved and the fun of it. Love gadgets!

Absolute value for money purchase! Took a while to set it up, but it was easy. The app works seamlessly, didn't take effort to pair it at all. The sound of the beep was surprisingly loud. And the separation alert was a happy surprise. All in all seems like a must buy if you too have a tendency to lose your glasses.

The tag is worth more than my cheap sunnies, but the value is in not having to ask anyone if they have seen where I left them. The app is a little bit annoying for a number of reasons, but it does the job. After changing the tag I was easily able to establish a connection with the app. I'm hoping to figure out all the app options and turn off the warnings I don't need, It is also a battery drain running constantly in the background and I have to physically remember to turn it off if I don't need it.

I'm always losing my reading glasses so this seemed the magic solution. Sadly it doesn't work on my Android. See photo for the message I keep getting. Why is it being sold when it has a bug like this? Not so much a waste of money as Amazon will give me that back but a big waste of my time.

Really disappointed with this item. We were looking for something that we could activate if the glasses were lost, but this thing "cries" every time it's moved away from the phone. It also goes off every time it's near a working microwave. The glasses have to be kept in close proximity to the phone at all times otherwise its alarm goes off. As a result, the battery is very quickly depleted. Very annoying and extremely frustrating. We'll continue looking for one that only sounds the alarm when required.
