When I first got these shoes I noticed how light they are made, I broke my hip 15 years ago in a work related accident, so my shoes need to be very well made and absorb much shock, my Sauconys I have now do the job I just needed another pair of some sort so i purchased the Skechers. I was at first a little leary of these. so I went on my 3 mile walk with these, they did ok out of the box, but when i was fininished that first time, my hip and left side of back was bothersome, I noticed that Skechers has a plain foam insert! that was it, so I went down and purchased Dr Sholls inserts I got the hi end athletic type, you should choose between the "avid walkers" or the "avid sports" they range between "12.99-15.99" depending where you purchase them I got my pair at Bi-Mart. after 2 days of walking 3 miles they are absalutly perfect, I have been told 90% of your shoe is the insoles. lots of comfort, no pain the shoes now are one of the best I have owned. Just take out the plain ole "cheep" foam insoles and exchange them for top of the line Dr Scholls or what ever you feel is the best. they will absorb every bit of shock you can give them. I wanted 2 pair of shoes just in case its is wet out I can exchange them back and forth. I am 74 still active a bunch. on my feet alot need to withstand lots of walking and Jogging. You can take out the cheep foam insoles real easy they are only glued on the heal just peal them out, there may be some resadue left but just peel it out some of the shoe sole may come with it, vary small amount when replacing the newer insoles it will be covered up what you removed and have no effect on your feet whatsoever, the sketchers have a real good outer sole but its the inter sole many people are not aware of.

I've bought these like four times. Cheap, last over a year with heavy use, comfortable, don't use animal products. Simple, perfect shoe.

This is my 2nd pair of this shoe. I have developed what I’m assuming is nerve damage on the soles of my feet. This is the only shoe that allows me to exercise walk on the streets of my sub division that keeps the pain and burning to a minimum. My only complaint would be the soles do wear fairly quickly on my asphalt streets. It is worth the trade-off though for the comfort.

Extremely light and comfortable

This is actually my second pair of these shoes. My first pair lasted a year and a half! I can't say the service was light either. I'm pretty rough on shoes and these lasted a year and a half and that's saying something. Not to mention, they're the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. It's almost like walking on pillows! They breathe well they're light with excellent traction. They hit a home run with these shoes! I have just put on my 3rd pair. My second pair are still functional but I'll use them for when I need something that I can mess up and not be concerned. I'm absolutely certain there'll be a 4th pair on my future (1.5 years). Unless of course, they quit making them. It would be just my luck.

It not like me to review something so soon as this but I couldn't hold it because I'm utterly blown away by these shoes!! I've tried them all, Nike, Under Armour, Brooks and Asics and NONE is as comfortable as these. I am a fitness WALKER, not runner, so I can't speak to them as running shoes but for those like me who walk, they are a game changer. I have increased my average distances and decreased my mile split times by a significant amount because these are so comfortable, lightweight and responsive. I HIGHLY recommend these for the beginner and experienced alike. I would never have thought Sketches would be my hands down favorite so please do not let this brand get skipped over for the "big" name brands. Fitness is nothing to be vain about by sporting brands that are more hype than performance. If you aren't comfortable in the shoes you workout in, it becomes a chore, not a pleasure. Simple. Try these. You won't regret it. I don't.

SUPER LIGHT- GREAT SUPPORT- SO MUCH SO THAT i GOT RID OF MY SLIPPERS AND TOOK TO WEARING THESE IN THE HOUSE AS WELL- GRIPPY SOLES THAT CAUSE ZERO FRICTION OR HURT HARDWOOD FLOORS- GREAT FOR WALKING- AND STORE TRIPS- BOUGHT A SECOND PAIR FOR YARD WORK- PUSHING THE LAWNMOWER IS A LOT EASIER NOW-

Product quality is good. But it is not as advertised. It is Made in Vietnam.

My husband loved his Sketchers very comfortable,smart style,great price,would recommend definetly.

My husband wears Sketchers for work and they are certainly put through their paces! He has worn Sketchers for years but has found that the last few pairs the material that is overlaid on the fabric will split and it’s very hard to glue back together. For that reason, he was looking for some that were basically just the fabric and these ones obviously fit at the bill. For some reason men’s Sketchers tend to be more true to size than women’s and he’s found that these fit very well. He has had these now for a few months and they are still holding strong so hopefully they’ll last the last longer than the last couple of pairs he has had. Amazon often has the best price for Sketchers and these were a lot cheaper than you would pay in any of their shops. It’s relatively early days, but so far so good and if things change dramatically, I will update this review.

Vraiment une très belle chaussure confortable mais malheureusement Amazon il change toujours les prix, je voudrais rajouter une paire de chaussures et même pas une semaine ils ont augmenté 20 € de plus et c'est pas normal.
