I am female, in my late 50's and have lost 57 pounds over the past year. Due to my age, plus being obese, I did not want to lose too much muscle mass as I worked on my health by losing weight. I am not a doctor, and I did not use this product under the advice of a doctor. I am just sharing my personal experience. I looked into ways to avoid losing muscle mass and this product kept coming up as a good supplement. So I don't know for sure if this is the be-all, end-all for keeping muscle, but now that my body composition has dramatically changed, I am happy to see muscles being uncovered. My next step is to add resistance training (now that I'm not carrying around so much extra weight) because I've noticed my legs kind of have a skinny look that I don't like, but I am a part-time massage therapist, and my arms, chest, and shoulders look pretty strong and defined, especially for someone who does not work out on purpose. I truly believe this supplement helped me keep muscle. Also, in the past six months, I started a semaglutide regimen, which is known for depleting muscle and I think this product is counteracting some of that negative side effect. I'll be weaning off of the semaglutide soon as I keep reading negatives about it. I've been using one scoop of BioTrust a day, usually 5 days a week. One thing I will say is the Fruit Punch flavor is awful. The flavor itself is overpowering, the odor is overwhelming, and it is obnoxiously sweet. I've switched to the unflavored and add it to my morning tea with a scoop of collagen and it's much more tolerable. This supplement is pretty expensive, though, thus the 4 stars, but I like the combination of supplements in it. Muscle loss is a significant factor as we age, but I think this has helped me avoid some of that.

I’ll have to update this after a couple of weeks of use. It just arrived today, but I wanted to address the number of negative reviews about taste and texture. I don’t find the taste too sweet at all. In fact, it has a slightly bitter after taste like all stevia products do. I have to drink a swallow of regular water after drinking this to wash out that aftertaste. I bought it anyway, anticipating my stevia after taste experience. So no loss of stars there. I ordered the double pack and both arrived uncrystalized and in its expected powdery form. These are small tubs with tiny scoops. You’re supposed to use one level scoop in an 8-oz glass of water twice a day. Which is why I bought the two pack. Hope it’s worth it. Again, no loss of star rating here. I will say, I didn’t just look at the Amazon reviews when choosing this product. I googled and looked at several review platforms and AI recommendations with various AI agents. I knew exactly what I was buying and what to expect. All platforms say this is THE best option out there for the combined ingredients it contains. Thus, no loss of stars again. :) Now, time will tell if it’s worth the hype and glowing online recommendations. I’m using it with other supplements, so I may not ever know. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It taste good, but I don’t feel a difference. Mixes easy.

I have been using this for a week and 1/2 . I have ordered a second container since it’s on Sale. I started out slow the first few days, maybe a 1/3 of a scoop, then a couple days later 1/2 a scoop before going to a full scoop. Once I hit a full scoop I have noticed a difference! I have energy and have done more in a day than 2-3 days combined. For reference I am 61, and have really felt bad lately. A couple months or more of really lagging energy . I was concerned that my Lyme disease may have reactivated, or the adrenal fatigue that had me homebound for 12 years was creeping back on me?? I didn’t know what was causing my loss of energy and still technically don’t. For the past few months I have had to chew a piece of caffeinated gum just to be able to get out of bed. I notice a steady sense of energy. I haven’t needed any of the caffeinated gum and I was chewing a couple pieces a day! I have A clearness to my brain. If I have eggs and steak and take a couple MCT capsules I get an even better clarity and energy boost (I am on the Carnivore diet) mostly. I have only remembered to do that twice in the past week though and am still pleased with the sense of well being and energy that this gives me. Don’t take it too late. Twice, two evenings in a row I got out to the barn to feed the livestock late and then found that I didn’t sleep well. It finally dawned on me I had taken a second dose mixed in with my electrolytes in my water bottle that goes the the barn with me. Chores take about 2 hours. Currently, I also have a fractured vertebrae and so working is harder because I am covered in braces and in pain and this has still helped me find the energy I need to go and feed my animals. This is one of the few products I have seen such a quick response to. I have also been looking to order some regular Creatine to add a touch more as once I have healed I’m going to start strength training and building some muscles for this poor old body again! I really am very happy with this product and plan to put it on auto-ship!

It came with moisture inside and the powder was solid as a rock. So disappointing because the product is a great product guess I have to purchase directly from the company to get it delivered in good condition.

Not great on taste or mixing but I stir in liquid electrolyte and it mixes better taste is tolerable. This is just water so no hiding flavor. I am over 60 but I actually think I am stronger!
