Worked as needed. Easy to install with the self sticky side. Fit was good with extra length. Appeared thinner than I originally had but but everything sealed well.

I got the wrong type, but it actually worked as expected in the end. I got gasket from Ace Hardware & Lowe's but it was round and I could not fit the window glass. With this flat gasket, it worked perfectly. It took me a very long time (about one year!) to think about the fact that maybe flat gaskets are available for sale... The thickness I got was actually two times too thick. But lucky me, it was actually two flat gaskets sewed together. I just had to cut the threads in between to make it half the thickness. It worked. Compared to the round gasket I had before, this was a breeze to install. Took me like 15 min. per door. Done in one weekend (I used my own glue which takes 24hrs to dry). Also it looks as good quality as the others. So it will last a long time.

Right size, sealed well, and if you clean the surface it sticks, just like it's supposed too. Durable, easy to use, and good price. All in all, I'll be buying again, next year.

Works like it said and wont burn up but the adhesive backing doesn’t hold up to the heat and releases. Use any sort of high temp glue.

So glad I ordered this! I had the glue and braid that was a pain! This stuff works great! Easy to install and adhesive sticks very good!

This worked well to seal the leaks on my pellet stove.

Quality tape easy to use. Great price. Adhesive makes easier to use and obtain a good seal. As described, The roll fit the project and had a bit left over. Seems to work as the other non adhesive tape does and retains the heat behind the glass. Sure was easier with the adhesive to get it on the fireplace window.

Ich nutze dieses Dichtband nicht für einen Holzofen, sondern als Ersatz für die originale Filzdichtung an meinem Monolith Classic Keramikgrill – und es funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Dichtung ist genauso dicht wie die originale Filzvariante. Temperaturbeständigkeit ist beim Keramikgrill natürlich entscheidend, und auch bei höheren Temperaturen gab es bislang keinerlei Probleme. Ein kleiner Tipp aus meiner Praxis: Ich habe die Klebefläche beim Anbringen leicht erwärmt (mit Heißluft auf niedriger Stufe), damit sich das Band perfekt anlegt und sauber haftet. Seitdem sitzt es bombenfest. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung – besonders, wenn man eine robuste und preislich attraktive Alternative zur Originaldichtung sucht.
