Functional
Functional and serve a purpose. Not a lot else to say about them. They hold permits on display in the window.

I have used this for 6 months in my car & it has not moved since I put it on the windshield I had to cut the permit that it was displaying because it didn’t fit but it is good quality & functional I would definitely recommend

Easy to install most Permitt are round but being a square holder looks ok.

Permit holders.
Nothing to say really. They’re just stuck on the windscreen. Ask me again in a years time to see if they are still there of fallen off… 💁♂️
