Unicorn Eclipse HD2 High Definition Professional Bristle Dartboard with Increased Playing Area and Super Thin Bullseye

I purchased this board thinking it's a good quality board since it's an official PDC board. Darn, I was so wrong. Quality control of this product is very bad on so many levels. Wires are crooked, numbers have a good design BUT since the numbers are made of plastic, they break easy. If you play 501 a lot, don't even bother looking at this board. The surface is uneven and coloring is off. Listen to what the other reviewers say, they are all true. I basically bought this board and exchanged it 4 times and all of them have a defect. I don't have ocd and I'm a very reasonable person. Most boards aren't perfectly made BUT these board standards are just way below. Stay away. You have been warned.

The mounting hardware that comes with this board is so poorly designed that is should be considered a joke. The hardware is comprised of a little metal bracket, two short screws for holding the bracket to the wall, one longer screw for screwing into the center back of the board which slips into the bracket when mounting the board, and then there are three little rubber/plastic feet that get nailed into the back of the board. The one longer screw that goes into the back of the board was so long that it came peeking out of the bulls eye! Further, once the board was mounted it just kind of flopped around against the wall because the little feet were too small and we not adustable. Consider the Winmau blade 5 board which, in contrast to this one, comes with the exact same little mounting bracket but comes with a specially designed shorter and fatter screw that can only be screwed a set distance into the back of the board. Then also consider that the Winmau comes not with three little plastic nailed in feet, but it comes with three adjustable screw-in feet that enable you to both square-up your board (if you have an uneven mounting surface) and to tighten it to the wall so that it is held firmly in place! This is the first Unicorn board I have ever owned and I was expecting something very similar to the Winmau Blade 5 considering that the price for either board is almost the same from Amazon. Boy, was I surprised! I like Unicorn darts...I throw them. But I will not likely ever buy another Unicorn board. Regarding the rest of the board, the quality looked very good. I cannot say more about the board as it was not useable as I received it. I returned this board immediately.

VERY disappointed. Used less than one night per week for 3 months and the entire wire system has come off of the surface of the board. I have no way to press it back in, or even know how to try. Cannot attempt restitution from Amazon.com, as product is past return date. Don't even know how to get past the "hoops" you have to jump thru to reach customer service to register a complaint. Lesson learned. Will not be purchasing another Unicorn dartboard.

Our dart board is missing numbers (bottom left). The box was covered with clear packing tape like it had possibly been returned?

This board isn't good! It looked outstanding until I started throwing darts into it now it looks like a explosive testing site. I've had the board a few months and have only played 20 or 30 times on it and it looks a year old now, I wont buy this again.

This product came damaged with mold/rust and missing numbers. Also the mounting hardware was not included, the poster insert was ripped/moldy, and the box was damaged. Very disappointing as I have already ordered multiple sets of darts to play in my house.

We love darts, and this is the dartboard we want, but it is disappointing that we'll have to place a separate order to get the detachable numbers that were supposed to come with the board. And that there is no way to ask for support from Amazon other than a bot. Not supportive. We do not want to return the whole board, just get the numbers we already paid for.

We are so disappointed in this board. The numbers pop off constantly and several are broken off from the darts hitting them. What a waste of money! We’ve only had this for 4 weeks!

Great and I’m satisfied the quality, the only thing I complain is when I receive of my dart is already open box and lots of dent and the other numbers is broken,maybe I think is came from the delivery company

Gorgeous dart board! The spider is super thin and has basically eliminated bounce outs. Very sturdy, easy to mount. I regularly play on a Winmau and I would say the quality is the same but the Unicorn looks 100x better and costs slightly less.
