Soft, warm, and cozy..like a throw blanket! Great to use with my dislocated shoulder which is in a sling. If you can't use sleeves for any reason, this is an easy way to keep warm.

This was a perfect gift for my mother-in-law who spends much of her time now sitting in her chair with a blanket over her. The shawl gives her warmth as well as giving her freedom of arm movement. I'm sure she will enjoy it for many years to come...hopefully!

Absolutely love this wrap. It is very soft and warm. I was expecting a white one, but was happily surprised when it was actually off white in color. The only negative for me is the tie, is too low. I would have preferred the tie to be above the breast.

The colors were EXTREMELY off! I ordered 2 of these "things" , because I wasn't sure which color I wanted . It was supposed to be a gift . The "khaki" was actually a yellowish mustard color and the "coffee" was mauve . Both very ugly and Way off color ! I returned both of these "things" and I call them "things" because they did not look as they were described. They weren't "ponchos" or "shawls" . The were just a piece of material with a string to tie closed. No shape or style whatsoever. A blanket looking thing. I had to return them as they were not a nice gift to give nor receive And VERY pricey for whatever they are supposed to be. Save your money and keep scrolling. NEXT!

The shawl looks quite nice and it is very soft. I have no complaints about that. However, while I was looking for something lightweight that could be worn in the house (not something for the outside elements), it is extremely lightweight. My shoulders and upper arms tend to get cold very easily and, when that happens, it causes some pain issues to get significantly worse. I've been looking for something to help keep that part of my body warm while allowing me to still use my hands and not feel too confined. I wanted something to layer it on top of the sweatshirt or sweater that I already wear. I thought that this would be the perfect solution. However, the shawl is too thin to make any difference. If you are sitting/standing some place where there is a fan or wind blowing, this might help keep the moving air off of you. However, if you are looking for something to keep you warm, this will not do the trick. It is really too bad because the shawl really is pretty. I just wish the material was a bit thicker to actually help keep one warm.

I have never had shoulder surgery before and so as expected I tried to pre-plan as much as possible. I was told that dressing would be a challenge, and it really is. Wearing a bra is impossible even strapless and one strap sports bras. I love Amazon, because I found a lot of things to help me but this one had to be the best. I have a large sling, and I cannot move my shoulder for 4 to 6 weeks. Putting long sleeves over this big sling is out and the shirts I ordered that snap down the side are sleeveless. I have to sleep in a recliner and so the covers don’t come Over my arms and stay through the night so I ordered this shawl to wrap around my shoulders. It is perfect. The material is soft and it is very well-made. I will definitely use it after the fact because it really is cute. I ordered an extra large in black. I’m 5’6”, 190 pounds, 38C bust. The extra large fits perfect. Highly recommend for….well, for anything. It’s that versatile.

Love this wrap. It is very soft. Although it slips off when you get up from sitting it is very warm for a light weight wrap. I would get it again.

Got this for my elderly Mum and she loves it. Beautiful and soft to keep out the chill.

This was a gift I sent to my son-in-law's mother who lives overseas and recently lost her husband and suffered a mild stroke several months later. My daughter just sent me an email letting me know how much she loves it, wears it all the time and loves the deep wine color. I think the extreme softness, the fashionable and non-restricting fit is great for everyone, but especially suited for those who are recovering from a condition and appreciate a silent "hug". Get one for your parents, grandparents or a new mother. Highly recommended!
