Clears the lungs up brilliantly.
I take these as I sometimes get a bit chesty and produce loads of lung ming, and they really help clear things up.

Easy to swallow capsules, product looks like quality and is packaged well. It’s expensive but seems to work and reduced my wheezing chest.

On the fence...
I have no idea if these help at all because I've not been taking them long enough to assess but after finishing a pouch with no issues, I purchases another pouch but every time I took a capsule, after 10 minutes I would feel nauseous. I experimented by taking time off them and taking them at various times, with and without food etc. every time I would feel nauseous. I contacted Time Health but they basically said they've not received any similar feedback so they couldn't help.

Very pleased
I use this supplement regularly and have found it to be very helpful. It is cheaper but just as effective as some of the bigger branded Tiger Milk mushroom capsules that are being advertised

Can't reccomend
I've used another brand and saw great results however it took a while to arrive from overseas. I found this on Amazon with a short delivery and cheaper price, a win win or so I thought. After taking the reccomended dose for 2 days I had a very upset stomach and put it down to a common illness bug, once I felt better I went back to the capsules and within 24hrs I had the same stomach issues again. My partner tried the capsules and had the exact same issue as I had, I don't know if it's the quality of the product or the makeup of the capsule ingredients themselves ( to note the other brand was a powder form and not capsulated) I won't be buying again.
