Product works as advertised

This set is pretty good, but struggled with tough silver tarnish. The cloth worked well to finish it off, but had I known how powerful the Silver version of this cleaner was (bought it and used it later), I would have saved tons of time. This is a really good cleaner, but for sterling silver cleaners, buy the Silver version - in 10 seconds it pulls most of not all the tarnish. The reason you want both is that you cannot put stones in the Silver version. You have to use the Fine one for anything with stones.

I purchased this for my engagement ring (white gold with diamond). Very impressed! After the first cleaning it was sooooo sparkly and clean. I left it submerged for 20 seconds, used the little brush included in the cleaner, and used the bundled cloth for drying after I rinsed the ring. I have not been able to get it THIS sparkly clean using dazzle sticks or dawn dish soap. I like the smell and it has not irritated my sensitive skin. The only negative was the cloth had some tiny hair like fibers that got on my ring's prongs and I was able to remove the fibers easily. I will report back after some time if there is anything else to add (long term effects, etc.)

This jewelry cleaner actually works! I’ve had a bunch of tarnished necklaces/jewelry for years that I haven’t bothered to clean. In just 30 seconds, the solution washes off all dirt and oil. It comes with a little brush to help brush off extra dirt. And comes with a wiping cloth after to finish cleaning and buffing your jewelry. I’ve done it with fake gold, real gold, rose gold, silver and white gold jewelry. It all works just as well. Packaging is super helpful with a built-in tray to leave your jewelry soaking in. No harsh smells or dryness on my hands from touching the solution.

Not sure you can really see from the pictures but the ring I bought this cleaner for really didn’t get my ring clean. It’s a lot better than it was but my ring is still tarnished. It does say to leave in for 30 seconds but it did nothing. I left it in there for about 10 minutes. In fairness, this is my grandma’s ring and it’s about 90 years old. I may not be able to get it back to the original state. I do also wear it daily and use a lot of lotion.

I use this to clean my gold chains and gemstones. It cleans very nicely, leaving the pieces shiny. I wish the included brush was wider, it’s not the greatest to clean a chain with but the brush works well in pendants and rings.
