Great bike and specs for a good price
This is my first e-bike and my decision was based on the reviews, the look of the bike and cost. I use it for work and I can honestly say that I am very impressed. I don’t have any experience on e-bikes to compare it to, but I’m loving this bike as my first one. The bike looks great, the battery lasts a long time and the pedal assist kicks really quickly. It has 5 assist settings, but even on a steep hill, 3 is good enough. Downloading the app you can change settings, control the front light and record and keeps rides. I recommend this bike as so far, nearly 3 months in, I’ve no complaints and for the price, very impressive.

Great Bike and good value for the price!
This is my first E-bike and I spent a lot of time searching for similar specification bikes. Most of the others were well over £1k so when I saw the Eleglide at £749 it was definitely worth a try. The bike arrived in good time and well packaged. It took me around an hour to assemble but was pretty basic stuff - Wheels, Seat and pedals etc. The 15A battery is great, I've been using various assist levels and on both road and trails, averaging about 20 miles per trip which uses about 40% of the charge but this will obviously vary depending on mode. Also included as a free gift was an optional Throttle control which is also very easy to fit (if Legal) and I found this to be an excellent extra! The LED display is also clear and easy to use, there is also an app which you can download which is also straightforward and informative. Front LED light also very good and included with the package. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and look forward to spending many more hours touring the local cycle routes.

Simple and powerful.
Nice simple design at a very good price. Powerful and smooth. Quality fittings. Plus - strong frame, hydraulic brakes, long range battery. UK legal. Display can be password access. Cons - display simple but could do with Pedal Assist level indicator being bigger. No usb power socket. App not really anymore useful than display Perhaps 21 gears is excessive for an eBike.

One of the best decisions I've ever made.
I've ridden this e-bike for around 8 months, and I can honestly say it's one of the best things I have ever bought. It's given me the freedom to get around without a car, often beating traffic in a busy city. So you can imagine how I felt when my e-bike was stolen less than a week ago. The police didn't even turn up. I reached out to the seller of my Eleglide M2 (bsihao), and decided to buy another one. I knew I'd be getting a great value bike that is reliable in all weathers, with the ability to cycle way beyond 7 miles per day to work without an issue, without having to worry about performance or the charge. The seller went absolutely above and beyond to help me out. Explaining the situation of my first bike, they fast-tracked the delivery of my second bike without hesitation. What's more, the seller is always there to support with questions I have, such as technical questions about the charger and a faulty pedal assist sensor. Any issues have been solved very quickly. With the amount of riding I've done, the issues have been super minimal, almost non-existent. The bicycle is comfortable to ride, all the necessary things are adjustable, assembly is quick and easy, and the power still to this day amazes me. The customer service I have received is 11/10. Absolutely incredible. This bike and seller deserves much more positive reviews. And as they can probably see, a great customer service leads to returning customers. I'll be sticking with this bike for a while. Thank you for everything up to now.

Not worth the hassle and stress.
Delivered was sooner than expected. Unfortunately, the brake levers are not the correct way around for a U.K user. The left level engages the front brake and the right lever engages the rear brake. I was given a link to a video showing how to change the brakes over on a scooter. I followed the video and have found the nuts to be of very poor quality. Now, I have a malfunction sign on the screen and have no peddle assist/electric going to the wheels. The seller has been slow in responding. I would have expected more support than the odd youtube video being sent to me. This bike appears to be more hassle and stress than it is worth. I will be returning for a full-refund.

Good value
After a lot of research l decided to buy the Eleglide M2 bike, and was not disappointed, It came well packaged and assembly was pretty straightforward and the build quality is top notch for the price. Once l had the seat height etc. sorted l took my first trip out and covered about 17 miles, the hub drive worked well and l was suitably impressed, the next time l went out the front derailleur started playing up and then it jammed fortunately l was still able to cycle home as the middle sprocket was selected, on returning home l found that the derailleur bracket was not tight enough and it had moved which in turn caused the problem, so with a bit of adjustment and ensuring that everything was secure l cured the problem and now all is fine. I have since changed the saddle for a more comfy one and fitted mudguards and phone case but other than that l can only recommend this bicycle for its value for money and quality build as for its reliability only time will tell but l have had it for 5 months now and all seems well.
