Expensive for me but it does kick up the ketons levels. This seem to be good product it seem not to be a keton ester so this is good as it does not kill the liver ..aka keton esters are like alcohol

k-tones can give you the edge, but are probably only beneficial to the very active or long duration athlete. I don't use for mental focus. I tend to use for a long workout or a long run. Don't know if it's placebo, but I do feel like my gas tank is bigger when I use these. For shorter weekday training I haven't noticed much of a need for them. The cons are the taste and cost. I prefer k-tones iq as they don't try to add flavor. These have several flavors and they are harder to choke down. Both brands taste disgusting. I mixed in water per directions, but ended up just taking a shot. Taste is a minor inconvenience tho, the cost is the real issue.

Good but expensive compared to other similar drinks

I start my day with these. Blackberry Lemonade is the proper flavor of choice. I find that significantly less brain fog through the midday and it’s a great way to hydrate first thing in the morning!

Really loving these. The taste isn't terrible and it gives me natural energy and focus. Only thing is the price is a little steep to make this a consistent thing!
