These are good shorts. I bought the white pair and the gray pair about six months ago. Those two pair fit perfectly and are my favorite shorts; even though the white color is a bit much sometimes. You know, like wearing white pants, you gotta be in a certain mindset. But the company lost a star for these particular black pair of shorts because they made them slightly larger (this could be the same for all colors now as a style or manufacturing difference). They are maybe a half an inch longer and just in general slightly bigger. I did like these shorts previously because they fit my slim physique perfectly. I have a 29 inch waist, with thin legs and I got the small 5” for all three pair. I decided I’m going to keep these even though I normally just return ones that don’t fit exactly how I like because they still fit and they still look good. They just don’t feel and look as good as the previous shorts. The previous shorts were a nice middle ground between comfort with a slight sexiness showing off the legs and a flattering but tactful hint of what you might be packin. These new ones have reduced the amount of leg shown and gone away with the sexiness and flattering. I imagine if you have more muscle on your legs or have a larger butt, these might still work for you in the way that my previous pair did. I think it’s important to know that the gray pair that I bought does have a hole in one of the pockets in the front. It is a small hole so I just put my phone in that pocket and it’s fine. The bottom line is if you’re a skinny toned dude, these might just be an average pair of shorts. If you have an average build or muscle build, these might be exactly what you are looking for. If you have a leg day, these are probably for you. I don’t have a leg day. I don’t got time for that. Might add pictures later to show the difference.

Comfortable feel, but fits smaller than your normal size for

There is no rhyme or reason for their sizing. I ordered an XL, which all of my current shorts are, and these were too small, so I ordered the XXL, and they were smaller than the XL.

The material on these shorts is awesome! however, they are more stylish than functional: the seams in the crotch area do not stretch enough, so lunges? out of the question.The inseam length on both of the styles (7" and 5") is very accurate. I got several pairs in several colors (bright awesome colors) and in both lengths.It's summer, get yourself a pair already! Actually, at these prices, get yourself several pairs!

This is the most comfortable pair of shorts I own. They are sort of like a bathing suit material.. but soft rather than crunchy somehow. They are lightweight, stretchy, and flattering. I got the smallest size they offer because I generally wear a 28 or 29 waist and they fit amazingly well. The size I got fits in a way that can "show-off" ones "form" - even a trim guy like myself. So if you have muscle legs, a butt, stuff up front... probably the smaller to size the more you will show. Because based on some of the other riview pics, they dont 'have' to be as form fitting. But even these are not tight.. they are just right. They waist has a lot of give and the drawstring are long and help keep them where you want them. For the price I paid, they are really great (good value). And for as thin as the material is, they have really held up so far.. I like them so I try to keep them nice.. im really hard on clothes with all the manual and outdoor stuff I do.
