I found this to be a high quality and tasty product. It cooks up quickly and effortlessly in the Instant Pot. I keep some cooked in a lidded glass bowl in the fridge to easily add to salads, soups, stews, etc. At first I rinsed it. Then when rushed I skipped the rinsing and it was perfectly fine without rinsing. So I no longer rinse it. This is a lot of quinoa! I stored it in several very large glass containers and it kept well for a year. I kept some cooked and ready to eat so I’d use it before it went bad, which I saw as a win-win. Great nutrition and taste for a good price.

I am so glad for my order to come so fast and in a learning mode to know long to cook it. Seems to cook the white fastest but needs a lot more time for the brown and even more for the black seeds. It is delicious and very filling and very nutritious and chewy. Would love to have had directions on the pkg.
