Pros: Mop handle: Sturdy and holds up when decent pressure is applied while mopping. I have indoor dogs and sometimes removing paw prints takes some muscle. I’ve bent Swiffer mop handles and if you have pets you can understand:) Pads: -Wet use: I love the wide microfiber mop pads; they clean more surface area than the standard mop head so it reduces time spent cleaning. The kit comes with two microfiber pads. I used one for mopping and the other to apply polish. I didn’t want to use interchangeably. For mopping I purchased another pad so I can switch them out while cleaning. The pads wash well and have help up to much abuse. -Dry use: The dry mop pad (fuzzy one) is now my favorite that I’ve ever used. It is light and holds dirt and dog hair until cleaned off. The pad cleans off well between mops and also washes up/dries fast. Solutions: -Floor cleaner has a subtle, pleasant smell. It dries without spots or smears. Cons: -The polish went on easy but smudged on areas that were overlapped. It was beautiful…until my dogs walked across it. I don’t know why, but every paw mark showed and I couldn't mop them off. I ended up removing the polish, NIGHTMARE, and now ONLY use the floor cleaner. It did not show human foot prints so if I didn’t have pets it would receive rave reviews because it made my floors shine like they were brand new. Updated review: I still love this mop combo, minus the polish. The pads clean the floor with little effort. I have washed and dried the pads, both the microfiber and the fuzzy one, several times and they all look like new. An even better product would be if there was more Velcro on the plastic mop head. Two corners of the mop pad curls up because the Velcro doesn't extend to the far edges.

I purchased this after a friend told me she liked hers a lot. Great mop. We just moved into a new house and I was concerned how to wash the floors without damaging them. It works like a charm. No streaks. Easy to use. Super happy with this purchase. The mop is well made and the washable pads are terrific and easy to wash and reuse.

I wish I could show the before and after photos but didn’t take any. This worked AMAZINGLY on my hard to clean floors. Not all are hardwood but linoleum. They streak so badly! I was using just vinegar and water to keep them as nice as possible. Used this once and saw an immediate shine! Used it the next day with the same pad and it was still so clean! Never going back! Now, I haven’t washed the pads yet so if after washing them something changes, I will update on here. So far, it was a huge difference.

Clean hardwood floors and does well

I ordered this brand because it was recommended by the company that we got our hardwood floor from. The dust mop is great. It is wide so takes less time & effectively dusts the floor. The cleaner works. Just mist & wipe with terry mop & does take a little effort but the result is worth it. I have not used the polisher yet because we don't need to yet, floor is pretty new.

About half the reviews I read said it was terrible (streaky and/or cloudy). About half said it's great. Our experience with it was good. Several also commented that the high gloss was too shiny. My husband applied it to newly installed birch engineered hardwood floors. The top layer on the flooring is very thin so we wanted some sort of protection, and the finish was pretty dull. This turned out really good. There were a couple of spots that didn't come out smooth, but I think you can attribute that to how well a person applies it rather than the quality of the product itself. Overall it looks very nice, and it wasn't too glossy, maybe because our starting point was so dull to start with? My husband applied two coats to make it shinier.

We have brand new hardwood flooring. This kit has everything we need to keep the floors clean. Using the mop is easy, just spray a little cleaner on a small area, mop and your done. No wet floors, no fuss. I haven’t used the polish, so I can’t comment on that, but the cleaner is great.

The mop seems to be incorrectly put together from the factory. Try as we might we could NOT get it put together where it would survive any pressure at all. We just used an old microfiber mop we had. The chemicals seem to work well. I’d skip this kit and just get the chemicals and a good microfiber mop.

the mob/pad that it comes with.- not the best. i ended up using my personal accessories for it to work correctly. - the cleaning agent is fairly safe to use. definitely need to clean the wood properly. our house is dark cherry color flooring. - if you don't apply the wax properly and polish the floor, it sticks out very easily. - On my second run, did two polish to get the areas I missed.
